Heath made Impact Wrestling news when he jumped the barricade and tried to crash Slammiversary, but it was short lived.
Scott D’Amore informed him that since he didn’t have a contract with Impact, he couldn’t be there. So, this led Heath to attempt to worm his way past security.
His first attempt was unsuccessful as his call to Rhino went unanswered due to Rhino and Hernandez’s arm wrestling match.

Never give up
His second was far more successful as he slipped in through an exit door when another talent was leaving.
Besides being a freaking awesome symbolic gesture, it was a cool way to end IMPACT following Slammiversary.
But last week was pure genius as he managed to con his way into a match with Moose for the TNA Championship.
His methodology was simply doing what Tommy Dreamer did a few weeks back: he cited being given a letter from the TNA Championship committee.
Like Dreamer, he got Moose to admit there is no TNA and devaluing his title, but he also got his wish as Moose “invited” him to face him for the TNA World Championship.
After Moose left, Scott D’Amore was so impressed with Heath’s attempt that he added the stipulation that if Heath wins, he’ll be given a contract and have an official Impact roster spot.
Now that the easy part is done, he just has to beat Moose. But will he?
Need a win
It’d seem almost cruel to have Heath lose to Moose and not get a contract, so we see this going a couple of different ways.
The first is he loses, but he puts on such a good showing that D’Amore decides to sign him anyway. Or at least, give him another match to prove himself.
Of course, this could be extended into a fun and epic attempt on Heath’s part to join the promotion until he finally wins a contract, either through a match or wearing D’Amore down.
The other way is he beats Moose. But here’s the thing: he’ll have help.
This in no way means he can’t do it, but EC3 has been intent on tormenting Moose and destroying his past that it’s hard for us to not see him doing something to cause Moose to lose and set up their feud.
There are other ways this could play out, and these are the most obvious to us. How do you think this match will go? Let us know below.
