OVW Results and Recap here with the latest breakdown of this week’s OVW episode. There was plenty of action to keep us hopping, so we’ll get right to it.
The show started with a ten bell salute to Kamala (James Harris) who passed away recently (1950-2020).

Roman Rozelle defeated “The Reverend” Ronnie Roberts via sudmission
Roberts jumped Rozell from behind while Rozell was giving a fan at ringside his glasses to start, setting the tone.
Roberts controlled throughout most of the match, but Rozell fought back to make it interesting in his second match.
Rozell reversed Roberts’ Hand of God finisher into a Patriot’s Wheel he learned from Drew Gulak for the win.
Jay Bradley (w/Dimes) defeated “The Fannypack Kid” Kal Herro via pinfall
Before the match, Dimes made it clear Bradley is his insurance policy, so anyone that messes with him messes with Bradley.
Herro was overmatched early on as Bradley manhandled Herro, as Herro’s attacks had no effect in his debut.
Once Herro got going, he made it a fun match, Bradley quickly took the match over. Bradley was too big and too strong. Though his lackadaisical attitude, and listening to Dimes to keep it going, nearly cost him a couple of times.
Bradley finally ended with a Boomstick (heavy punch).
Corey Storm ran out and chased Dimes and Bradley out of the ring.
Dustin Jackson defeated Josh Rupiper via pinfall
Jackson dominated and won in a couple of minutes in what looked like a squash match.
After the match, Jackson was interviewed and he said he wants to give everyone something worth watching, and he has big plans for the future.
He intends to give fans something to look forward to and be proud of.
Brian PIllman Jr. defeated Ashton Cove via pinfall
Not only did he rock a mullet, but in his OVW debut, Brian Pillman Jr. had a great showing against Ashton Cove.
Pillman showed some great athleticism as he taunted Cove and did what he could to embarrass Coe.
Pillman hit with the M-1 Grand (jackhammer) for the win.
Backstage, Shotgun Tony Gun cur a promo that no matter how hard Commissioner Dean Hill may try to take the OVW Heavyweight Championship from him, Gun will prevail.
Anarchy Rumble – Melvin Marvelous defeated Dapper Dan for the win.
The rules are simple: two wrestlers enter, and an additional wrester will enter every two minutes and everyone will enter with a weapon of their choice.
To be eliminated, a wrestler must he thrown over the top rope and hit the floor.
This sounds like a fun one we don’t want to miss.
Drew Hernandez entered the ring first with a kendo stick. Hy-Zaya (w/Josh Ashcroft) represented the Legacy of Brutality faction and was number two, and he brought a dull practice sword.
After a couple of exchanges, Hernandez was about to eliminate Hy-Zaya when Luscious Lawrence (number 3) came out with a chair.
After a double team on Hernandez and commercial break, Tony Bizo entered with a fire extinguisher, which he used to cool the competition down before eliminating Hernandez.
Number four was Anthony Catena with a parking sign.
Luscious Lawrence powered bombed the trio as Catena and Bizo tried to superplex Hy-Zaya.
The number five entrant then entered and it was Adam Revolver. Revolver refused to come out, but the official retrieved him and shoved him through the curtain.
Revolver wore his now customary mask, goggles, gloves, and was armed with his disinfectant spray bottle.
The Gilpinator came out from behind and threw Revolver in the ring to gain revenge for being sprayed last week.
The resident monster Ruin (think giant Leatherfae) came out and slammed Gilpinator, then Revolver eliminated himself as he ran away and was chased backstage by Ruin.
Next up was William Lutz with a barbed wire wrapped piece of plywood. He quickly dropkicked Bizo onto the board. Lutz was sent into his board twice, the last by shoulderblock, then eliminated as the next entrant entered.
“The Nephilim” D’Mone Solavino came out with a staple gun.
Bizo was eliminated, followd by Catena.
Solavino stapled Lawrence’s “twins” and eliminated him.
Next was Melvin Marvelous, who had a bowling bag and eliminated Hy-Zaya right away, then hit a seven-ten split on Solavino before eliminating him.
One left, and it’s Dapper Dan, the first ever Anarchy Champion, who pulled two tables out from under the ring. The match will be decided by pinfall or submission.
Marvelous reversed Dapper Dan’s slam into a choke slam through the table for the pin.
Ms Marvelous came out to celebrate and claimed the title from her husband to celebrate.
A fun show overall, this was more of a debut show then not and it showed, but the main event made up for it as we got to see a good portion of the OVW roster.
