WWE Raw Results and Recap join backstage as Angel Garza was working his magic on Demi Burnett from the bachelor when Ivar came out and invited her to join the raid as his plus one for Raw Underground.
Ivar then pointed out Garza poisoned Montez Ford, and Garza said he didn’t and challenged Ivar to a singles match.
Ivar (w/Erik) vs. Angel Garza (w/Zelina Vega and Andrade)
The match started fast as Garza hit with an elbow to break Ivar’s waist lock.
Ivar then return the favor, but Garza caught his kick, hit Ivar with a knee, and threw his pants at him.
Ivar countered an Irish whip out of the corner with a backdrop and then a shoulder block.
Ivar then hit with a slam and a splash off the ropes.
Ivar threw him from corner to corner, following him in each time.
Garza slipped out the back door on a slam, but Ivar hit with a senton for a near pinfall.
On the top ropes, Garza fought out of a back suplex, but Ivar caught him with a clothesline on the ring apron.
Ivar was going to hit with a suicide dive, but Zelina Vega stepped between them,
Ivar climbed out instead and bounced Garza off the side of the ring and barricade before throwing him back in the ring.
Garza hit him with some kicks as Ivar climbed into the ring, then hit with his running drop kick/Stomp for the win.
Unfortunately, Angelo Dawkins was watching the match with Burnett, and they appeared on the titantron to offer their congratulations.
They said they can’t wait to watch their tag team match at SummerSlam, and Dawkins said Burnett should talk to someone that knows a lot about Garza, like Charly Carruso.
Dawkins promised more information, and Garza ran backstage as Samoa Joe said the video will be entertaining.
Vega asked Joe what he was talking about, and Joe said the WWE scoured the security footage and he said Vega will be interested as it shows how far people are willing to go when they think no one is watching.
WWE Raw Results and Recap came back from commercial to Dawkins and Demi Burnett joined by Garza backstage.
Garza tried to tell her not to believe Dawkins, and Vega and Andrade ran up but Dawkins held the phone up so they couldn’t get it.
A tech played it and it showed Vega maybe putting something in Ford’s drink, but her back was to the camera.
When Zelina was asked about it, she said the video only showed she had a great jacket, then blamed Charly Carruso for doing it because she was jealous Burnett took Garza from her.
Ford then jumped in and he and Dawkins chased them off
Micki James vs. Natalya
Right off the bat, Lana distracted James and Natalya jumped her from behind.
James countered a throw off the ropes with a reverse kick, followed by a Lou Thez press off the ropes.
Natalya hit her with a knee, then forearm to regain control, but James his Natalya with a shoulderblock off the ropes.
They then hit with a double clothesline and were out in the middle of the ring.
Seth Rollins came out to inquire how Samoa Joe knows Rey Mysterio will be there tonight.
Rollins continued to demand to know Joe’s sources as the match continued in the background.
As they jawed back and forth, Natalya knocked James off the corner ropes and James was counted out as she didn’t make it into the ring in time.
While Natalya celebrated, Lana approached James outside the ring, recording her reaction to the loss. James hit her with a spinning kick, knocking Lana out.
Rollins then got a mic and told Joe that if Rey or Dominic dare show up and spit in his face, neither of them will make it to SummerSlam.
Samoa Joe never stopped smiling.
Aside from Rollins acting scared, this was totally disrespectful to Mickie James and Natalya, but WWE Raw and Results suppose some things never change.
