As WWE Raw Results and Recap turned out attention backstage, we were shown Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir, and Jessamyn Duke were talking with Shane McMahon.
Looks like we have an interesting Raw Underground coming up to close it out for the night.
24/7 Championship Match – Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Akira Tozawa
After a brief tie up, the pair exchanged arm locks with flips and reversals before Alexander hit with a dropkick.
Tozawa called on his ninjas, who formed a pyramid outside the ring Alexander knocked over with a single punch.
Tozawa then hit with a series of kicks that left Alexander dazed.
Tozawa missed off the top rope, and Alexander hit with a neuralizer and then a Lumbar Check to retain his championship.
Benjamin slipped into the ring behind Alexander and hit with Pay Dirt to win the title back.
Marina Shafir’s Raw Underground debut
In her Raw Underground debut, Marina Shafir wasted no time int brutalizing her opponent before making her tap out with a leg bar.
Nia Jax attacked Shafir from behind and shoved her out of the ring.
Baszler then jumped into the ring, but as soon as they rang the bell Jax left the ring and didn’t come back when she called to her.
Andrade (W/ Zelina Vega and Ange Garza) vs. Montez Ford (w/Angelo Dawkins)
Back in the arena, we’re getting ready for what should be a fun match before they meet at SummerSlam for the Raw Tag Team Championships.
Ford ducked an Andrade clothesline, then hit with dropkick that sent Andrade out of the ring.
Montez Ford then hit with a dive over the top rope, and then threw Andrade into the ring.
Ford climbed to the top rope, but Andrade hit the ropes to knock him down.
Andrade then hit with a superplex for a near pinfall.
Andrade then locked in a reverse chin lock, and when Ford tried to fight out og it, Andrade him hit with a few rights.
Ford hit Andrade with a clothesline ovv the ropes, then nearly scored a pinfall on a standing moonsault.
Andrade countered a Ford charge with a double kick, but Ford hit with a hurricanranna.
Vega then tried to interfere, but she spotted Bianca Belair and tried to hit with a crossbody, but Belair caught her and slammed her to the floor.
With Andrade distracted, Ford was able to roll him up for the pin.
