WWE Smackdown Results returned from commercial to a Paul Heyman voiced preview and description on how Roman Reigns comes from a long line of tribal kings.
He listed everyone from the Wild Samoans to the Rock, putting them all below Reigns. Interesting.
He continued that Reigns’ dominance is his birthright, and this was said while a picture showing Hulk Hogan holding him appeared.
Heyman added that Jey Uso held his own, but with his brother at his side, but their battle at Clash of Champions will be a battlefield of honor.
It was a pretty good segment.
Sasha Banks is attacked
In her first appearance since Bayley attacked her, Sasha Banks spoke from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida in a neckbrace.
When she was asked what the extent of her injuries were, she responded “Still here, ain’t I?”
Cole then mentioned how Bayley said it was Banks’ fault and that she knew Banks was using her. Banks added that she’s nothing to Bayley, that Bayley was using her and now she’s useless to her.
She heard every word Bayley said, and she’s swarmed with emotions as she remembered how they used to talk about what they’d do together as they worked at the Performance Center.
She added that this summer they told the world they’d take over the whole company together, but when she walks those halls now…
She couldn’t finish that thought, because they did all of that together.
She called Bayley an idiot and naïve because Bayley’s nothing without her, and she’s nothing without Bayley.
She said that since she’s useless to Bayley now, one day she’ll take the Smackdown Woman’s Championship.
Bayley then attacked her with a chair from behind, but help arrived after she removed Banks’ neck brace and put the chair in its place.
WWE Smackdown Results returned as Banks started to get up under her own power with a trio of helpers there if she needed them.
This was one of the best interviews/promos we’ve seen in a while, and it looks like her and Bayley are going to keep us entertained for the next few months.
This is one rivalry WWE Smackdown Results has been looking forward to seeing.
