Survivor Series plans were put into action during Raw last night, with two huge matches announced for one of the biggest PPV’s of the year. As well as that, the first participants for Team Raw at the event were determined, with Keith Lee joining AJ Styles and Sheamus to represent the red brand against SmackDown.
Meanwhile, there will also be a women’s elimination match, with Lana joining Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax, Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke. But, there are no doubts regarding the two biggest matches of the night at Survivor Series, as all four major champions will be involved.
WWE News: Roman Reigns vs Randy Orton
The main event of Survivor Series will likely see Roman Reigns go head to head with the Viper. It was revealed that night that the WWE Champion and the Universal Champion will be squaring off. It will certainly be a match that all fans will be looking forward to, as both Reigns and Orton have been doing some of their best work throughout 2020.
Reigns is arguably the biggest star in the world of wrestling at present, after delivering yet another match of the night at Hell in a Cell against Jey Uso this past weekend. However, there could still be a feeling that this match may not happen, as the champion vs champion match has changed in the past, with respective title holders losing the gold before the big night. Orton’s reign may be in the most jeopardy, as he could be set to face Drew McIntyre again before Survivor Series takes place.
WWE News: Sasha Banks vs Asuka
Sasha Banks’ reward for winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship this past Sunday will be a match against the Raw Women’s Champion Asuka. These two women have already put on a number of great matches this year, as they were previously vying for the Raw title before Asuka successfully won her championship back from Banks after losing the title for a few weeks.
Once again this match could be in jeopardy, as Bayley may try and get a rematch for the title that she lost on Sunday night. However, it’s hugely unlikely that Banks will lose the gold before the end of November, as she is deserving of a long title reign. This should be a good match though if it does happen.
