WWE Raw Draft Results looked were looking froward to this match, and they wasted no time as Owens ran into the match and he and Black started pounding on each other.
Black rolled out of the ring and Owens followed him and they continued their fight on the ramp before Black kicked Owens in the midsection and threw him into the ring apron.
Black threw Owens back into the ring but missed a Black Mass, then countered a stunner before Owens tackled Black and hit a few shots before Black got free and headed to the floor.
Owens followed him again and drove him into the ring steps before Black hit a pair of strikes and kicks to gain the advantage.
Black then kicked Owens in the kidneys, dropping Owen to the floor, and then had this attempt to throw Owens into the barricade reversed, and Owens hit a cannonball on him.
Owens dug under the ring and pulled out a table and set it up on the floor.
Black hit Owens in the leg to prevent a powerbomb through the table, but Owens hit with a kick before climbing onto the barricade.
Black caught him and threw him onto and through the announce table as we headed to commercial.
Owens finds a way
Back from commercial, they’re back in the ring with Black attempting to suplex Owens onto an open chair.
Owens fought out of it but was unable to lift Black. Black then tripped him coming off the ropes and fac first into the chair.
Black sat on the chair to wait for Owens to get up, then hit him with several strikes and a knee before he went under the ring and pulled a handful of chairs out and threw them into the ring.
Owens tried to grab a chair, but Black stepped on it.
Owens hit with a few punches, and Black countered with a kick that dropped Owens, but Owens grabbed a chair and rolled over with it.
Owens then used the chair to bock Black’s kick, then hit him across the back with the chair, and hit a DDT on the chair but Black kicked out.
Owens had been favoring his back since going through the announce table, but he managed to hit Black in the midsection with a chair then set all three up in the middle of the rng and pulled Black onto the top rope.
Black tried to fight out of it and the two exchanged blows before Owens fell to the mat.
Black hit Owens with a double knee strike, driving him into the chairs, but Owens kicked out.
Outside the ring, Black closed up the table that had been set up earlier and slid it into the ring and set it up there.
Black went to the floor to get Owens, but Owens blocked his attempt so Black threw him into the ring post. But Owens ducked Black’s Black Mass and he kicked the ring post, then rolled into the ring.
Owens followed him in, and hit with a stunner.
With Black reeling, Owens power bombed Black through the table for the pinfall.
Backstage, Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke were chatting as they prepared to go on Miz TV after the commercial break.
WWE draft round two
We came back to WWE Draft’s round 2 selections.
Raw selected Braun Strowman.
Smackdown kept Daniel Bryan.
Raw decided on Matt Riddle.
Smackdown selected Kevin Owens.
Raw picked up Jeff Hardy to close out the ring and rejoin AJ Styles to keep their feud going.
