CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’ve got some spoilery goodies that are low on the action but high on the drama.
Or a typical day in daytime television, right? Not that we’re complaining, we’re just a little tired of various storylines being extended in one way or another.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 10: Summer’s Suspect Sally- Chelsea Missing Adds to Adam’s Plight
Maybe they don’t realize fans have grown bored with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s never ending war with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)?
On that note, things are going to grow complicated for Adam with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan)’s escape and disappearance. What are the chances it was her that took the shot?
Adding to this issue will be Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and any fallout resulting from the shooting in general. Honestly, we doubt Adam will be able to work his way out of this one.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is the center of attention wherever she goes, and it’s rarely good. There are always a few that are happy to see her, and so far Genoa City has treated her pretty well.
But then she’ll cross Summer Newman (Hunter King)’s radar and something will set Summer’s b—- detector in overdrive and her suspicions will grow.

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 10: Complications arise
Adam was so close to taking care of hit biggest problem (ie the Newmans) when semi-random chance messed things up and now he’s left with a wee bit of a mess to clean up.
His first priority will be dealing with Chance as it’s the last thing he needs to happen and besides, he likes Chance.
But assuming he gets out of that situation, he’ll have to deal with Chelsea missing and he won’t want to chance her going to Newman Enterprises so ‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers doubt he’ll trigger the bomb.
This should extend this storyline another week or so if they don’t wrap it up with Chance taking Adam’s phone and they figure out what he’s doing in the next day or two.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the help of the shooter, and that begs the question of who could it be?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 10: Summer targets Sally
We’re willing to bet that for just once, Sally would like to go somewhere and not have someone figure out she’s up to something or have a vendetta against her for some reason or another.
In this case, she’s going to run afoul of Summer, and we’re guessing it’ll be cause she either made the horrible, unforgiving mistake of laughing or making Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) laugh or smile.
That alone would make her Summer’s enemy for life, but there could be another angle.
Summer had offered to resign but Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) refused her offer, but now that Sally’s there and looking to climb up the ladder, that could set Summer off.
After all, nothing is worse than the boss having a previous relationship with a new employee’s family, and Summer’s been pretty easy to trigger lately.
