Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!
Thank you for joining us as tonight looks like it’s going to be an interesting one as we move another week closer to Survivor Series.
I’m your host, CP Bialois, and we should have plenty of action tonight, so be sure to grab some snacks and settle in before the 8 p.m. est start.
WWE Raw Live Results Is all set and ready to go. Let’s get it started!
Segment 1
Orotn came out and labeled himself a legend, and then challenged anyone to try to take his title.
Alexa Bliss came out, but when the Fiend’s music played McIntyre hit Orton with a Claymore.
The Miz and Morrison ran out and the Miz cashed in his MITB contrat, but Mcintyre leveld him and Morrison, saying only he’s going to get the title.
At the dumpster fire of a MITB storyline is done.
Segment 2
Since the bell never rang, the MITB contract wasn’t officially cashed in (oh joy) and the Miz and Morrison challenged McIntyre to a 2 on 1 handicap match.
Guitar on a Pole Match – Jeff Hardy vs. Elias
The object to this is the winner will be the one to retrieve the guitar and break it over his opponent.
The action started fast, including Elias throwing a stool at Jeff to stop him from climbing the corner as we headed to commercial.
Segment 3
A good match ended when Jeff hit Elias with the guitar off the top rope and pinned him.
Considering the winner was supposed to be the one that broke a guitar over their opponent’s back (accoridng to the commentators) but a pin was apparently added in at some point is confusing.
Some consistency would be nice.
Segment 4
Women’s Tag Team Championship – Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax (c) vs. Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose
This was a decent match, is a litte dysfunctional as Baszler couldn’t ignore Lana at ringdise. Baszler managed to slap on a Coquina Clutch on Dana Brooke for the win.
Segment 5
Bobby Lashley (w/MVP) vs. R-Truth
Lashley won easily, then locked Drew Gulak in the Hurt Lock when he tried to pin R-Truth.
Lashley then dropped Gulak on R-Truth so he could win the 24/7 Championship.
Segment 6
Nia Jax promised to end Lana’s career.
AJ Styles set up a Triple Threat qualification match between Braun Strowman, Keith Lee, and Sheamus. If Strowman wins, he’s on Team Raw.
Segment 7
Triple Threat Survivor Series Qualification Match – Braun Strowman vs. Sheamus vs. Keith Lee
This match started off very brutal as Strowman drove Sheamus and Lee through te barricade as we headed to commerical.
Segment 8
A great match ended after Sheamus hit Lee with a Brogue Kick, and Strowman hit a running powerslam on Sheamus for the win and a spot on Team Raw.
Segment 9
McIntyre promied to be Orton’s guardian angle to protect the WWE Championship for himself.
Firefly Fun House
It was a cool segment where Wyatt revisited Orton’s actions at the Wyatt house and Alexa Bliss looks to be being built to be scarier than the Fiend.
Segment 10
Nia Jax (w/Shayna Baszler) vs. Lana
This match was as one sided as we expected, but Jax did respect Lana for not giving up.
After the match, Jax Samoan Dropped Lana through the announce table for the 7th time.
Can we stop this bit already? It’s gone beyond pointless.
Segment 11
VIP Lounge
This was a fun banter back and forth between the Hurt Business and New Day as they kept the insults flying.
Segment 12
The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods) vs. The Hurt Business (Shelton Benjamin, Cedric Alexander) (w/MVP on commentary)
This was a fun match that had the Hurt Business in control as we headed to commerical.
Segment 13
Alexander hit a Nueralizer on Woods and Benjamin followed it with a Pay Dirt for the win in what was the best match of the night so far.
Segment 14
Ricochet vs. Tucker
This was a fast one Ricochet won before Retribution attacked and beat him and Tucker down, with a special focus on Ricochet for some sin Ali says he committed.
Sheamus approached McIntyre about joining Team Raw, and it looks like a possible reunion between them could be on the horizon.
Segment 15
2 on 1 Handicap Match – The Miz and John Morrison vs. Drew McIntyre
Miz and Morrison put a up a good fight, but McIntyre was in control after Alabama Slamming Morrison into Miz outside of the ring as we headed to commercial.
Segment 16
A top notch match say McIntyre eventually win after hitting the Miz with a CLaymore for the pin.
Orton came out and hit McIntyre with an RKO while he was celebrating (anyone not see this coming?).
When Orton was about to celebrate, Bray Wyatt’s laughter filled the arena as the show ended.
While there were a few issues like continuity and technical glitches, the matches were pretty good and we’re interested to see McIntyre and Sheamus team together again.
