Monday Night Raw will be taking place this evening, and it promises to be a huge night of action on the red brand. There is a fresh feeling about the main event at present, as Randy Orton’s chase of the WWE Championship has finally come to an end, and tonight, a new number one contender will be determined. The main event tonight looks to be an enjoyable triple threat involving AJ Styles, Riddle and Keith Lee. The three superstars were pivotal in Raw’s elimination tag victory over SmackDown at Survivor Series, but their friendship that was built will go out of the window when they meet with a championship opportunity hanging in the balance.
There is also the unknown quantity of Braun Strowman, who was suspended after putting his hands on a WWE official last week. There are reasons for all three superstars to win the match, but AJ Styles vs McIntyre will be the match that we would like to see the most. Styles against McIntyre could have the ability to captivate the WWE Universe, while a feud between the Scot and Lee could come further down the line.
WWE Raw: Alexa Bliss Welcomes Randy Orton To A Moment Of Bliss
The WWE have been teasing for a number of weeks that Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt are set to restart their rivalry, which led to a WrestleMania match between the pair. Alexa Bliss has given The Fiend a new platform over recent weeks, and her involvement in this rivalry should invest fans further. Bliss will welcome Orton to A Moment Of Bliss this evening, and there looks set to be some shenanigans during the segment.
WWE Raw: Who Steps Up To Face Asuka?
Asuka’s title reign has been a little meh throughout this year, and is in desperate need of something to reignite her character. It almost looks certain that she will be aligning herself with Lana this week on Raw, as the two of them step up to challenge Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax. It could be the rivalry to inject a bit of life into Asuka’s reign, and we could get to a position where all the women’s belts are on the line in a mega title fight at TLC.
