We’re in some interesting times in Genoa City, and it looks like things could start turning for the underdogs going into next week.

To get things moving, it looks like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will get the last laugh in an endeavor, and we have a feeling it’ll involve Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
While Phyllis is due a couple of wins lately, this could be something that’ll wipe away a month or two worth of drama away and give her a fresh slate.
Victoria has taken a great deal of pleasure in abusing Phyllis lately, and it seems like she may have pushed Nick too far as well.
With Phyllis and Nick forming a reluctant team, this would be a huge wakeup call for Victoria and possibly shake her to the core.
This will give her something to think about, but CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers doubt it’ll be constructive for her as she’ll feel justified in her actions.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, December 11: The risk
Speaking of justified actions, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is going to take a huge risk to help Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson, but it could pay off big time.
Depending how things are going to work, this could be the most exciting moment on the show in a while as Lily could be charged with witness tampering.
But if they find out the witness saw something else or they’re being pressure or work for someone, say Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), it could blow the case against Billy wide open.
This could be the beginning of the end for the current Newman regime, depending on which direction they go with it.
With Victoria becoming arguably more unstable in her alliances, seeing Victor knocked off his pedestal for similar actions would be a great one-two punch that could make the show really interesting.
While CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers would love to see this angle, we doubt the show runners and writers will allow Saint Victor to be knocked off his perch at this stage of the game.
Who knows, maybe they’ll prove us wrong and go all out?
