WWE Raw Results returned backstage where Elias continued to try to play but the knocking on the door became too loud to ignore, so Ryker opened it.
Omos and AJ Styles entered and Styles said he’s trying to get things done and right the wrong from the TLC match but he can’t hear anything because of Elias’ playing.
Styles told him he’s not Johnny Cash, he’s Johnny Trash and Ryker stepped in but Elias and Omos stopped him.
Elias calmed him down and pointed out that Styles was just upset because he couldn’t get the job done and he won’t get many more chances at his age.
Styles challenged him to a match later on and said he’d break Elias’ fingers and end his career.
Dana Brooke (w/Mandy Rose) vs. Shayna Baszler
Baszler hit a couple of early kicks to test Brooke, bit Brooke caught her third attempt and slapped her, then hit a shoulder block off the ropes.
Brooke drove her into the corner and hit a series of shoulders followed by a snapmare and a somersault splash but Baszler got her knees up.
Brooke avoided having her arm stomped, but Baszler snapped Brooke’s left arm on the apron and then dropped a knee on it before she continued her join manipulation with a hammer lock.
Brooke hit a jawbreaker, then caught Baszler with an elbow and a kick before dropping her with a pair of clotheslines and a body slam.
Baszler rolled out of the ring and Brooke tried a baseball slide, but Baszler caught her and locked in a Coquina Clutch outside the ring.
Baszler broke the hold to break the ref’s count, then headed back out and threw Rose into the ring apron but missed her attempt to stomp Rose’s arm on the ring steps.
Brooke pulled Baszler off the steps and threw her into the ring where Baszler went for the Coquina Clutch but Brooke reversed it into a pin attempt, and then another attempt.
Brooke headed to the top rope but rolled through a splash attempt. Baszler locked in the Coquina Clutch for the win.
Baszler then locked in the Coquina Clutch on Mandy Rose after the match.
This wasn’t that bad a match and WWE Raw Results are grateful to see less cartwheels and somersaults out of Brooke this week. Though it does raise questions about their ability to be a legitimate tag team.
