‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’ve got some fun spoilery goodies to close the week out.
Genos City is switching gears once again as they dive back into thrust issues and espionage to give a boost to their storyline and it just might work.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, January 22: The bond that keeps giving
Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) has been insecure when it comes to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case)’s relationship and with good cause.
We saw that Adam will never really be able to move on from Sharon no matter how hard he tries, and now Chelsea will have to watch, helpless to stop them if things go that far.
While we don’t see Adam falling into that trap with Chelsea needing him, we have no doubt Chelsea will.
For her, every interaction between the pair will be torture for her as she waits for Adam and Sharon to laugh at her and leave for the final time.
Worse yet, she’s powerless to do anything about it and that’s terrifying to her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think it’s only a matter of time before she breaks, but will she be able to communicate before then and prevent her greatest fear from happening?

Summer Newman (Hunter King) has been searching for information she can use against Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), and it looks like she finally found the golden goose in Flo Fulton (Katrina Barnes).
Flo has plenty of axes to grind against Sally, so we have little doubt she’ll give up some juicy secrets that Summer will use to solve her problem.
Of course, we think Flo will be vague to a degree while citing that Summer should be protected against Sally, and when Summer uses the information it’ll hurt her more than Sally.
It’ll be fun to see how much Flo tells her and what happens when Summer uses it.
Hope she’s ready for the potential consequences.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, January 22: Kevin’s visitor
Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) has grown accustomed to his mother, Gloria Abbott (Judith Chapman) popping up unannounced and ready to cause some mayhem, so her sudden arrival won’t be too shocking.
She’ll want the item she left, and Kevin won’t have it or be willing to hand it over since he gave it to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Gloria won’t be happy at missing out on a nice payday and will probably do what she can to recoup some of the cost and torment Kevin a little for some kicks.
This is the segment ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are looking forward to, and we’re sure it won’t disappoint.
