‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers are here and all set with some spoilery goodies to share.
It looks like things in Genoa City are in a holding pattern as we wait for the nest storyline to get underway.
Until then, we get to enjoy watching some uncomfortable moments play out in front of us.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, January 28: Elena’s secret
Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) was almost clear of Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy), and she wants to move on from him, but first she’ll have to come clean with him.

This has a bunch of possibilities involved, but we think it’ll mainly focus on Elena admitting that part of her was still obsessed with Devon, meaning she’ll probably admit she’s been dreaming about him.
It’ll be an interesting conversation and ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect Elena to admit her dreams through roundabout means.
Devon may or may not pick up on it, but we think he’ll gather enough that things may not work out like Elena expects it to.
It wouldn’t surprise us that Devon will become irritated with her for thinking of him so much after her transgression and while they’re both trying to move on with their lives.
This could be a fun one just to see what happens between them.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, January 28: Rey’s proclamation
Okay, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers admit that it’s unfair to claim Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will order Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) for anything she doesn’t want to.
He’ll ask. Again. For the hundredth time.
What will he ask? Simply that Sharon stops seeing Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) for the millionth time in the last few months.
Despite his urgings and her own knowledge that it’d be best if she and Adam went their separate ways, Sharon can’t stay away from him.
And Rey knows this and it feeds into his own insecurities about his new marriage.
The problem will come when his insecurities combine with Sharon’s inability to avoid Newman men and it threatens their marriage.
This has the potential to be a fun storyline down the road, especially since it’s been brewing for a while. At some point, Rey is going to lose his cool and it could turn very interesting to say the least.
