‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set with some spoilery goodies as it looks like the citizens of Genoa City is moving from a cold to lukewarm war.
At the rate some of them are moving, this could take another year or so for anything of substance to happen. And by then, they’ll probably be circling back to redo the storyline.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, February 23: Sally digs into Jack’s past
While Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)’s been trying to start over she’s been faced with some stiff competition from the more insecure members of Genoa City.
The one person that’s been on her side since the beginning is Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), so it’s only natural she’ll want to dig in and learn about the past he’s been so elusive about.
While it’s easy to think she’s doing this to use as a weapon alter on to protect herself, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers suspects she’s checking to make sure she’s not being duped.
Sure, she has a colorful past, but given there are no innocents on the show that point’s kinda moot.
We think she’ll discover that she and Jack are kindred spirits and it’ll help her feel more secure knowing someone is legitimately on her side. Will she continue to feel this way if he disagrees? Maybe.
Or they could both find the love and security they’re looking for in each other. Honestly, this is the storyline we’re hoping for.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, February 23: Readying an assault
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has been stewing in his own juices at Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) destroying Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) for the things he’s done, and he’s going to strike back.
Victor will ignore he’s done far worse, or course, and continue raging against Billy for pointing out his failures as a parent through his children.
Maybe that’s the real reason Victor’s so protective of everyone? Sure, he didn’t grow up with a family and wants one, but they are a reflection of him, after all.
We’re curious what he has planned and how far will he move the goalposts to get his way this time.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, February 23: Summer’s warning
It looks like Summer Newman (Hunter King) will get an ominous warning about something coming, and ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think it’ll be because of Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)’s probing.
It’s safe to say that since discovering he potentially has a child, Kyle’s been uptight and as dumb as usual, like when he tried to contact his old flame.
Never mind what would happen if his interaction would be found out or anything, and we doubt an extremely powerful and jilted husband wouldn’t monitor his wife’s phone.
With that in mind, we think this was a warning from Tara that he husband’s either coming or knows about Kyle.
If this is the plan, things could get very interesting for Summer and Kyle in the coming days.
