Impact Wrestling Preview thinks it’s only fitting that we get a rematch of sorts between four of the Triple Threat Revolver match from No Surrender.
And given that this has the potential to be just as good as the PPV’s match gives it an instant boost in our eyes.
There are several dynamics at work here, and then biggest one for us is Sami Callihan’s interest in Trey Miguel.
And since Trey Miguel missed another opportunity, we expect him to come out even more determined in this match as he’ll look to set himself apart from the rest.
It’ll be a tall order as he’ll be facing three of the best in the X-Division, including a recent former champion in Willie Mack.
Mack will be looking to get back on the winning track, and he’s proven to be as tough as they come and he won’t be an easy win for any of his three opponents.
Suicide and Daivari are also out to prove themselves, but especially Daivari as he’s had a rough go at Impact since his return.
Because of that, we could see him pulling an upset here to ignite a possible feud with any of his opponents, but that’s a long shot.
Trey is the favorite to us, but don’t be surprised if Mack pulls out the win to set himself in line for a X-Division title shot.
I wonder if his little heart will fill with excitement, when you run away like a coward again?
The only example you’re setting is how to quit when things get hard.
Maybe I should be his new Uncle.@IMPACTWRESTLING#IMPACTonAXSTV #NoSurrender #UncleCallihan https://t.co/RqtGaOsk0J

Sami Callihan’s influence
We think this will come down to how much can or will Sami Callihan influence Trey.
Trey came back super aggressive, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility that he could become the next Callihan inspired Ken Shamrock.
Of course, if Trey loses it’ll give Callihan another opportunity to draw Trey in and twist him around to use as a weapon.
There are so many other possible storylines that can come out of this match and we only touched on the most obvious one, but we’re happy to see it go with any of them as the winners.
Impact has been telling great stories lately and we see no reason for that to change any times soon.
Because of that, Impact Wrestling Preview expects there to be plenty more action, but we’ll have to wait and see what unfolds.
We do expect Moose and Rich Swann’s feud to continue, but we think Tommy Dreamer will step into the middle of it again as he’ll try to get Moose to understand the respect he’s losing with his attitude.
Then there’s Brian Myers and Matt Cardona, not to mention what’s Ace Austin’s next step?
This will definitely be a fun night, so be sure to bring plenty of popcorn and Impact Wrestling Preview will see you tonight!
