Andrew was ready to welcome Amira to America, but she changed her mind about coming. Spoilers show that Andrew hadn’t heard from his fiancé, but he feels she is back in France. He said that he expected her to be in the states, and he was eager to show her his apartment after making some changes.

Lori said that she felt anger, frustration and sadness after she found out that Amira wasn’t coming to America. She was upset because her son has invested two years into the relationship. Lori says Andrew deserves an explanation from Amira.
She asks Andrew if he thinks that he deserves more than “I had an anxiety attack” from his fiancee. Connie, Andrew’s sister says Amira didn’t even allow him to support her, and Andrew responds that he doesn’t “even think about it like that.”

Andrew thinks that Amira didn’t come to America because of any disagreement they had. However, when she sent a text, he knew things had ended between them. He said she made no effort to fix their relationship, and that he “should have seen the signs.”
Spoilers show that Connie wants to know why Andrew thinks Amira ended things with him. She asks him if he thinks she ended the relationship because of the anxiety attack and the one disagreement they had the previous day, but Andrew says he doesn’t know.
However, his mother isn’t buying what Amira is telling him. Lori says, “how do we even know she had an anxiety attack” since no one was there to witness the attack. Lori doesn’t think Amira is being honest with Andrew.
