‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re all set for a fun episode as it looks like some secrets are coming out and the waiting game may soon be over.
Of course, nothing is ever that simple in Genoa City, and we expect some telltale plot twists and rocky roads ahead because it’s standard operating procedure.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, April 8: Sally’s secret is out
After going to great lengths to defend herself, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)’s secret weapon will be out and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will deliver the news to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
While we expect Jack to be furious, we’re curious if Lauren will tell Jack the truth and whole story that Sally wasn’t going to use what she learned unless Summer Newman (Hunter King) came after her or not.
We think Lauren will as she’s been in Sally’s corner since the beginning and the fact they can’t be so blind to Summer having major insecurity issues.
Not that she’s the only one as it looks like insecurity is a disease that’s been running rampant among the characters.
In the end, we think Jack will forgive Sally, but first he’ll have to prepare Jabot for an attack by Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi).
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think dropping Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) in the Amazon somewhere would be a good idea.
On top of this, we think Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will give Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) a head’s up that their daughter could be caught in the middle and Sally will come after her.
It’s Phyllis, so is there really anything else to expect at this point when it comes to protecting her daughter?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, April 8: Mariah’s news
It looks like Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will be carrying the weight of Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James)’s world on her shoulders.
They’ll be waiting semi patiently to learn if this attempt at impregnation worked or if there’ll be a round two.
We’d like to think Mariah will be pregnant and we can move on with our lives, but since this storyline has been beaten to death, risen from the dead, and then beaten to death again we doubt we’re that lucky.
Instead, we expect it to be a mixed news where things are sure yet or a hard no. After Abby’s frustrated and crushed, they’ll plan for the next try.
Just think of all the wonderful complications Mariah will have during pregnancy so we can get a storyline of Abby’s baby being a miracle child and so on.
