Angela Deem made a huge comeback with 90 Day Fiancé:Happily Ever After season 6 to tease her fans with her transformation. Fans who follow Angela Deem on Instagram know that she has been through five surgeries in a day to have her new look even though her husband is not in support. However, she has spilled to him about her new surgery which will be performed by the Doctor she has a crush on, Dr. Michael K. Obeng.

After Angela and Michael got married on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 5, in January 2020, the duo have been in a long-distance marriage. Even though they showed their fans their loved-up side, Angela shared that being married to Michael has been “hell” and she has even contemplated getting a divorce. Fans were shocked when they heard this. Michael said he didn’t want Angela to do the surgery because he didn’t want her to lose her “big things.”
However, during the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 premiere, he confessed that he said no because he didn’t want her to leave him for someone else. In a 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? episode 3 clip posted by ET, Angela calls her husband to tell him that she is getting a breast reduction surgery. She thought he wouldn’t agree. She tells the camera, “But, he is my husband, so, I gotta break it to him one way or another,” Angela tells the camera as she proceeds to push Michael’s buttons further by talking about Dr. Obeng.

Angela told Michael, who was already annoyed that, “I thought he was you for a minute,” as she reveals Dr. Obeng is from Ghana and that she did “de-robe” in front of the doctor so that he could “feel and medically massage” her breasts. Angela said that she looked into her doctor’s eyes and that she was told to reduce her “boobs which are way too big.”
Michael clearly seemed disappointed with the thought of his “big things” going away, and Angela laughs during her confessional. She revealed that she likes “to pick on Michael.” Many fans felt Angela’s behaviour at the clinic was offensive. They called her out for having double standards, saying that it would have been a crime if it were Michael that flirted with someone else. Some fans even expressed discomfort on behalf of the doctor.
