‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out with some fun spoilery goodies.
It looks like fresh starts are sweeping through Genoa City and it could give us some interesting storylines in the coming weeks. Some possibilities look really interesting, so let’s get to those.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, May 14: Kyle’s rocked
It’s easy to wonder what Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) did this time, but we don’t think it’s his fault for once.
We think his past involving Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will come back to him once again when his son is brought to his doorstep after he and his mother were tossed out by Ashland.
It seems unlikely given how Ashland was supposed to have changed his ways, but we doubt he’ll change his ways too much.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, May 14: Sharon makes a choice
With Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s recent awakening and severing his ties with her, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will make a decision about her marriage.
She’s been adamant about saving her marriage and we expect her to promise Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) that they’ll be together and he never has to worry about Adam again.
Rey will want to believe that, but she’s said that before and went to Adam again and again.
There’s the possibility that she’ll take Adam’s word to heart but for a different reason and she’ll end her marriage to Rey.
It’s out there and likely not to happen, but she’ll have enough of him doubting her and her judgement (despite there being reason to) and she’ll want to return to Adam, since he loves her enough to set her free.
Or maybe she’ll decide Rey’s not for her and she’ll cut him adrift and set her sights on improving herself and her family.
At this point, anything’s possible if they want to run with it. Not to mention it’d be an interesting twist.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, May 14: Jack and Phyllis come to an understanding
With a history like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), anything is possible when they put their heads together.
It’s for that reason we expect their new pact to be an interesting one.
CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers think it’s going to be a mutually beneficial one involving they stay out of each other’s private business.
Jack isn’t happy she interfered with his relationship with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), and Phyllis will do it again so this will be an agreement to be there for each other and not interfere too much.
It makes sense, and we can’t wait to see Phyllis’ reaction if/when Jack and Sally’s second go becomes public knowledge.
