For the last couple of months, Karl Anderson has had a semi charmed life in Impact Wrestling as part of Kenny Omega’s new Bullet Club.
The three of them have a long career together from Japan to the United States, and their bonds have grown as strong as anyone else’s.
It’s helped them reach new heights together as they push each other to be the best they can be.
The good times hit a speed bump
Since losing the Impact Tag Team Championship to FinJuice, Anderson and Doc Gallows have tried to right the Good Brothers’ ship with limited success.

Even with Kenny Omega teaming with them things tend to go wrong and it’s been one person that’s absorbed the majority of punishment in the ring and taken the pinfall losses.
And that’s Karl Anderson.
While Omega and Gallows haven’t turned on him and we don’t expect them to, though there’s always the option of Omega getting tired of him.
After all, when Omega first showed up in Impact Wrestling, he and Don Callis coached Anderson up before his matches while leaving Gallows alone. Could there be more coming?
This also got us thinking about how the current Bullet Club is reminiscent of the nWo Outsiders.
Outsider fill in
During their hey day in WCW, the Outsiders were more than founding members of the nWo, they also ruled the tag team division while Hulk Hogan dominated the World Heavyweight scene.
Kevin Nash had a series of back issues during the time, so their friend and fellow nWo member, Syxx, would fill in for him.
Scott Hall would more than hold his own, but every time Syxx would step into the ring, he’d take a beating and would nearly cost them the tag titles.
Given he was a cruiserweight going against the big guns may have played a role in that, but it still he gave it his all.
It’s how the new Bullet Club feels at times, as Anderson gives his all in the ring but is regularly beaten down and abused while Gallows and Omega tend to avoid similar punishment.
It’s a different dynamic is many ways as Hall and Nash never singled Syxx out specifically while Anderson gets shade in every interview.
Could the Bullet Club end up separating or will they hold it together as the losses mount? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
