WWE Raw Preview is set for some tag team action as story building through throwing everyone together into the same ring continues.
It was going around on social media the last few days that R-K-Bro are in this for the long haul and will be getting a serious push. It looks like those rumor were right as they’re teaming with New Day.
This also cement’s Orton face turn and the end of the Legend Killer gimmick for the moment.
It looks like this is the New Day handing them the torch to go after the Raw Tag Team Champions, Styles and Omos.
Given the WWE’s penchant for living and dying with these matches, we expect it to be a longer one than we’ve been accustomed to, and that’ll only add more fun for us.
We’re actually looking forward to this one as we’re excited to see what Orton will try to come up with a way to deal with Omos in the ring.
Will he try to keep him on the apron by sacrificing the others, or will he have another plan.
With all of that being said, WWE Raw Preview expects Orton and Riddle to score the pinfall on Styles to further their claim to the titles and get their feud going for a possible triple threat match at WrestleMania Backlash.
Asuka, Mandy Rose, and Dana Brooke face Charlotte Flair, Nia Jax, and Shayna Baszler
This match is one of those that feels like it’d be better as two separate ones as this match looks to build more hype for Asuka and Flair’s triple threat against Rhea Ripley for the Raw Women’s Championship.
To be honest, we’re not sure a match involving the two of them is needed at the moment, as a dust up backstage during an interview feels like it’d go further in gaining fans’ interest.
Of course, we also expect Rhea Ripley to join the commentary team since that’s the new way of having someone influence a match from ringside on a weekly basis.
Will she play a role in this? Guess that depends on who she hates more between Flair and Asuka. Since she defeated Asuka, we expect her to get into it with Reginald to distract Jax and cause them to lose.
Speaking of Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke have been working toward getting a shot at the title with a series of pranks and pratfalls on Jax.
It’s an interesting way to build a rivalry between them, and could be the only way since it was only a month or so ago that Jax and Baszler dominated them whenever their paths crossed.
But then Jax and Baszler haven’t been so well oiled lately, so could this be Rose and Brooke’s chance? Let WWE Raw Preview know in the comments below.
