WWE Smackdown returned as Ziggler came out and told Dominik he doesn’t belong there and that even the Kardashians were good at something while Dominik is just Rey’s kid and told him to leave his ring.
Looks like Dominik challenged Ziggler and Rey’s giving him his spot.
Ziggler teased Dominik and shoved him, so Dominik shoved him back. Ziggler slapped him and hit with a kick and told him he doesn’t belong there.
Ziggler threw him into the ropes, but Dominik ducked a clothesline and slapped Ziggler, then hit a dropkick.
Ziggler rolled to the floor, and Dominik flipped to the apron where Ziggler took out his leg, and then body slammed him on the floor before throwing him back into the ring.
Dominiik fought out of a corner and Ziggler hit a kick and then a neckbreaker for a one foot on the chest cover.
Dominik fought back but Ziggler dropped him again and hit a body slam and went for a suplex, but Dominik reversed it into a small package for the win.
Backstage, Reginald was asked why he challenged Tamina to a match.
He said he did it because of the disrespect Tamina showed the best tag team in the world and he’ll break her spirit tonight.
Smackdown throwback
The next throwback moment was from November 11, 1999 when Arnold Schwarzenegger beat down Triple H.
In his dressing room, Reigns told Heyman to bring him his cousin, and when Heyman asked which one he got a look and said he understands.
Reginald w/Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler vs. Tamina w/Natalya
Tamina went to go after Reginald, but asked for a moment to take off his coat, and once he did he rolled to the floor when Tamina tried to hit him with a superkick.
Reginald climbed back in and flipped away from Tamina’s clothesline attempts.
Tamina grabbed him by hit hair, but he managed to flip over her to get away. He tried to slid through her legs but Tamina caught him and threw him into a corner.
He climbed up to the top to get away and leaped over Tamina.
Tamina hiw a superkick while he celebrated and headed to the top rope but Baszler shoved her off to get disqualified and Jax pulled Reginald out of the ring.
Baszler ran into the ring after Tamina and beat her down but Natalya came in to help.
Jax grabbed Nataly and threw her down, then held her for Baszler to hit a running knee.
They beat down Tamina and Baszler stomped on her elbow and Jax pulled her out of the ring and hit a Samoan Drop into the barricade.
Jax ground her foot into Tamina for disrespecting Reginald.
This was a time killer to try to build hype but it feels more flat and a waste than anything. WWE Smackdown Results weren’t surprised at a gimmick match, but this felt off from the start.
