This looks like it’s going to be an interesting night with some good matches as well as a surprise opponent for Bianca Belair following Bayley’s injury.
Let’s get to the action.
The show started with Paul Heyman stopping Jimmy Uso from going into Roman Reigns’ dressing room and said Reigns has a lot on his plate but he has to handle something but Jimmy will get his full attention tonight.
Heyman the approached Reigns and took his belt as they headed to the ring, and then handed the belt back on the stage.
In the ring and among the final chants piped in through the PA system for now, Reigns said he knows a lot of us didn’t like that he wasn’t present last week, and there was a lot about last week he didn’t like either.

He then called Edge out for lying about Reigns fearing him. He pointed out fear sometimes happens and for maybe 10-20 seconds there might’ve been a little doubt and fear.
Coming together
But it propelled him to pick himself up to smack, stack, and pinned them.
He added he was so worried about his family that Edge wasn’t a worry in his mind, and he segued into handling family business and Jimmy Uso came out.
Jimmy told him he got into Edge’s face last week for them. Reigns asked him when did he tell him to do that for them? He then said he earned a vacation but didn’t take one as he was busy doing Jimmy’s job.
Jey Uso then came out and announced he’s back for all of them, not just one of the family. He told Reigns his right hand is back and he’ll always have Jimmy’s back and the Usos were reunited.
Reigns said he’s been saying this all along and they chose what they want to hear. The way they do it is together, on the same page.
A group hug followed.
Money in the Bank Qualifying Match – Baron Corbin vs. King Nakamura w/Rick Boogs
Big E came out to be at ringside on his couch for whatever reason since he’s already in the MITB Ladder match.
Corbin attacked Nakamura on his way to the ring, and Boogs threw Corbin into the barricade as we headed to commercial.
Back from commercial, they’re in the match and Nakamura dodged a splash and hit a kick, but Corbin caught him and hit a gut buster.
Corbin kept the pressure on and hit a front slam for a near pinfall, but Nakamura caught him with a boot off the ropes and hit a series of strikes and kicks.

Nakamura placed Corbin across the top rope and hit a knee, then a sliding knee for a near pinfall.
Corbin locked in a one legged Boston Crab but Nakamura reached the ropes to break the hold, so Corbin hit a reverse suplex for a pin attempt.
Nakamura hit some elbows and a kick to send Corbin to the floor, and Corbin dropped Boogs with a right, then caught Nakamura and hit a brainbuster on the announce desk as we headed to commercial.
Corbin falls short
Returning from the break, they’re back in the ring and Corbin was still in control as he hammered away on Nakamura.

Nakamura hit a step up kick but Corbin caught him with a Deep Six off the ropes for a near pinfall.
Nakamura locked in a triangle choke, but Corbin powered him up for a powerbomb. Nakamura didn’t released the hold and Corbin got his feet under the ropes, and then kicked out of a pin attempt.
Corbin countered a kinsasha with a clothesline to buy some time, but then ate some knees from Nakamura and then a kinsasha for the win.
This was a fun one WWE Smackdown Results enjoyed and we’re curious what’s next for Corbin.
