‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things rolling with some more spoilery goodies.
This episode looks like it’s going to be a character building one with some feels attached, so we’re going to grab some comfort food and tissues to be on the safe side.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 11: Mutual comfort
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) are going to have a hard time adjusting to their children deciding to stay in Italy, and they’re going to rely on each other to try and get through this.
While things didn’t end the way they expected them to, at least Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) are together. They deserve each other and have earned their new lives.
That won’t make it any easier for Phyllis and Jack as they’ll have to try to fill the void left in their lives and it’ll take some time.
While this segment will have plenty of feels and send ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for some tissues and comfort food, we expect it to be a little overboard.
The show loves to manipulate and create a perfect moment, and this could come very close to bordering on a funeral type of feel and it could overdo it for a few of us.
Even if it does, we’re sure this will be a segment to remember as Jack and Phyllis with leave it all hanging out.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 11: Testing the water
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has been pretty lenient when it comes to handling Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and she’ll be looking to take advantage of that.
Since it’d be in her best interest to stick to the plan Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) laid out, she’s going to try it her way.
And it’s going to lead to her feeling around and pushing some boundaries with Adam to see where she stands and can push just a little more.
It’ll be an interesting moment as Adam’s been a kinder, gentler version of himself and everyone’s trying to goad him into reverting. Because of that, he may give a little more leeway than he should to Chelsea.
It’ll be up to her to accept his good nature or try to use it and possibly hang herself with the rope he’s giving her.
