Impact Wrestling Results returned as Tasha Steelz was asked why she turned on Kiera Hogan and she said Hogan came to her, and she brought the Flava to Impact.

She said Hogan’s heatwave wound down, so she had to make some changes in the form of Savanna Evans.

Fallah Bahh came up to them and asked for their help with Rosemary and Havok. Because they’re holding Steelz’s titles, they’ll help him.

    Matt Cardona vs. John Skyler

    — TNA Wrestling (@ThisIsTNA) August 13, 2021

Cardona started it off with a dropkick for a pin attempt, and then hit a shoulder block.

Cardona kept up the heat and clotheslined Skyler to the floor, the hit a boot on the floor.

Another exchange resulted in Skyler being sent to the floor for Cardona to hit a baseball slide. Cardona threw him into the ring, and Skyler rolled out another side.

Skyler then hit a spear though the ropes for a near pinfall, and then hammered away on Cardona.

They went back and forth with Cardona getting the upper hand as Rohit Raju and Shera came out and distracted him.

Skyler took advantage of the distraction to hit a jumping knee for a roll up upset win.

Impact Championship Number One Contenders Battle Royal

This is going to be a fun match and Impact Wrestling Results can’t wait to see who comes out the winner.

Eddie Edwards was the first one to come out, and Moose and Sami Callihan were the last two.

As soon as Callihan stepped into the ring the fun broke out.

    1. Morrissey threw Suicide over the top to get us started, and then he sent Swinger out and squared off with Hernandez.

Morrissey backdropped Hernandez out and half the group went after Morrissey and he threw them off.

Moose, Bahh, Fulton, and Rhino went at him followed by the rest and they eliminated him.

Fights broke out across the ring with Swann biting Deaner.

Petey Williams tried to his a Canadian Destroyer on Sam Beale on the apron when Steve Macklin pulled Petey to the floor to eliminate him.

Deaner and Swann went over the top rope and hammered on each other on the apron before Swann eliminated him with a superkick, and Rhino eliminated Swann with a gore through the ropes.

Mack eliminated Rhino, and Fulton and Ace Austin eliminated Mack.

Fulton sent No Way over the top rope, and Bahh sent Fulton out. Moose then powered Bahh over the top rope to eliminate him.

Callihan and Edwards worked together to try to eliminate Moose, but Moose held on.

    — Brian Myers (@Myers_Wrestling) August 13, 2021

Myers shoved Beale into Trey Miguel to eliminate him. Edwards hit a packpack stunner on Myers, and Beale saved him from going out and received a Edwards’ chop for his effort.

Moose knocked Edwards off the top rope, and then he and Sabin went after each other and slid out under the ropes.

Myers eliminated Beale and celebrated, thinking he’d just won while Callihan was behind him.

    Down to the wire

Callihan hit a kick to the nether regions and hit a piledriver.

Callihan and Austin fought on the apron. Fulton put Austin on his shoulders to save him, but Callihan dropped him with a clothesline.

Moose then eliminated Callihan with a big boot.

Sabin and Moose went at it, and Moose hit a yurinagi and tried to throw him over the rope but Sabin slipped onto his back and locked in a sleeper hold.

Myers eliminated Moose and Sabin to become the number one contender. This was a shock, but very deserving.

This was a cool ending to a fun show and we can’t wait to see Myers get his shot next week.

What do you think of the ending? Let us know in the comments below and thank you for joining Impact Wrestling Results. We had a great time and can’t wait to hang out with you all again next week.
