After what was advertised the event of the summer, WWE Raw Preview is set to see some of the fallout from SummerSlam tonight, and it should be interesting.
We expect much of the same as recent memory Bobby Lashley and Charlotte Flair will celebrate their wins and probably be confronted by Goldberg and Asuka respectively.
It’s been rumored Asuka’s been off WWE TV because they didn’t have a storyline for her, but this would be the perfect opportunity for her to step in since returning superstars squashing champions is happening.
Goldberg will be looking for his pound of flesh after Lashley took out his son, but most likely this will be allowed to simmer for a week or two and Lashley will have a calm night.
RK-Bro will probably face a challenger before they can settle in on top of the mountain.
We don’t think it’ll take long for AJ Styles and Omos to want a rematch, but we think that’ll devolve into a number one contender’s match between them and the Viking Raiders to renew that feud.
Why? Because it’s the WWE. This is the norm we’ve come to expect over the last few months, and we expect them to continue treading water storyline wise until the draft.
Sheamus and Priest will move on
This is another one where we think Sheamus will want a rematch to get back his gold, but it’s likely he’ll be confronted by some he’s recently crossed like Humbert Carrillo and/or Ricochet.
Priest will be congratulated by Keith Lee, and we could see a possible match between them in the future, but it wouldn’t surprise us if Karrion Kross throws his hat in the ring give his recent string of wins.
This will lead to a match between he and Keith Lee while Priest will wait to see how this works out.
He may even face Ricochet and Priest mix it up, and that’ll be an awesome match if it happens.
Moist TV with Logan Paul
It looks like we’re in for a second straight week of Moist TV, and this time they’re going to have Logan Paul join them.
Paul was last in the WWE at WrestleMania as a special guest of Sami Zayn. He was kind enough to eat a stunner from Kevin Owens, and we’re curious why he’s returned.
Chances are, it’ll play into the upcoming feud between the Miz and John Morrison and the New Day that was teased last week.
Because of that, we’re sure the Miz and Morrison will try to convince Paul to shoot a movie or special with them, and that’ll bring out the New Day to tout their podcast.
Things will go downhill quickly and Paul will find himself in the middle of another feud.
Who knows, maybe Zayn will put in an appearance after being off WWE TV for a while?
Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley vs. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler
After falling short in their triple threat match with Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. will try to rebound by teaming together to take on the former Women’s tag champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.
This has potential to be an exciting match and set the stage for a new feud as both teams push for the tag titles.
Ripley’s and Nikki compliment each other nicely, and with Jax and Baszler looking to right their own ship, we hope they’re allowed to do their thing and make this a fun match without any interference or gimmicky end.
