WWE Raw Preview is set to hear Bobby Lashley and Charlotte Flair address the fans about what happened last week in what’s become the new standard on WWE television.
But we think things will be slightly different for the two of them.
Lashley’s going to be furious that Bill Goldberg speared MVP, and he’s going to make a few threats and even promises on what he’s going to do to Goldberg and may even have a squash match to burn off some frustration.
As for Flair, we expect more of the same except she’ll plead that she underestimated Nikki A.S.H. and call it a fluke, which will lead to Rhea Ripley getting in her face while they ignore Nikki.
This will probably lead to a match between Ripley and Nikki as Flair will Challenge Ripley to do better.
But we also expect plenty more to come.
Alexa Bliss and Lily strike
After being attacked from behind by Doudrop last week, Alexa isn’t going to be happy. But Lily’s going to be even more upset after the way Eva Marie mocked her.
We expect things to escalate pretty quickly here along the same lines as Bliss and Shayna Baszler, though having an end to that feud would’ve been nice instead of having it cut off.
It felt like there was so much more to come, and Doudrop gives them that added punch as Alexa and Lily will work to have her join them and turn on Marie.
This could get pretty interesting, especially since we all know Marie will sacrifice Doudrop to save herself.
Damian Priest will continue chasing Sheamus
One of the best rivalries going on at the moment is Priest challenging Sheamus for the United States Championship.
Sheamus has been a fun champion as he’s managed to find every way possible to not defend his title, but his lucks quickly running out.
While Priest is a legitimate threat, another’s hanging around waiting for his opportunity.
Ricochet helped to silence John Morrison and Sheamus and we expect him to continue being there to help watch Priest’s back while working to get his own title shot.
As for Morrison, he’s been getting a decent push as his matches stopped being squash matches and he’s be allowed to demonstrate why he’s one of the best wrestlers in the world.
The way things are going, we expect the US title match at SummerSlam to become a Fatal Four Way because that’s what the WWE does now.
