We now know that Bryan Danielson currently won’t have his Final Countdown theme. After debuting with a different variation of his WWE theme. There has been some information on why AEW didn’t get the theme for Bryan Danielson.
Very expensive song
AEW has got some big tracks for wrestlers for the likes of Jon Moxley and Orange Cassidy, but according to Dave Meltzer. The Final Countdown was just too expensive. There isn’t much surprise that the Final Countdown is so expensive because it’s such a well-known song. It’s been said that instead of the Final Countdown, Bryan’s friend made a different variation of the WWE theme.

Tony Khan didn’t start off AEW with massive theme songs for Jon Moxley and Orange Cassidy but changed them at a later date, maybe when both wrestlers made the company money. It could be that when Bryan Danielson becomes a weekly attraction. We could Bryan get his old theme. We may also hear the theme at massive events like when we see Bryan main event, his first AEW PPV.
