Bray Wyatt was one of the most surprising through the massive releases this year. Bray Wyatt was part of the last batch of releases, with their 90 non-compete ending at the end of October. However, the current rumours are that Bray Wyatt will debut for AEW next week at Grand Slam, paying tribute to Brodie Lee as it’s his hometown.
It is being reported that Bray has been in talks with both AEW and Impact. It is likely that we could see him next week. Bray Wyatt could request his non compete to be over early. Bray Wyatt has teased his early return to wrestling after a fan comment on Twitter.
Bray Wyatt Tweet
In a recent tweet Bray said this:
“Everything will be clear. I’ll see you all very soon. Revenge is a confession of pain.”
It seems like Bray is teasing a return soon as this tweet is very close to next week’s AEW event, Grand Slam. The mention of revenge in the tweet could mean that he will be sparking an old feud from WWE.
Who could Bray want revenge on?
If we’re looking at Bray’s past feuds within WWE that are now part of AEW. There were a lot of wrestlers who Bray could be talking about. One of them was Bryan Danielson, who Bray had a long feud with WWE and lost. This is most likely due to Bryan not having a feud after the match with Kenny Omega.
Then, there is CM Punk, but that’s unlikely as the feud with Team Taz has just started. Also, Jericho but looks to start a new feud with the UFC faction. Making it likely looking at all ex-WWE guys that Bray could feud with Bryan is the one that stands out the most.
