Nothing like some fun character building that enticing and gets us interested in how a confession and intense questioning will open up down the road.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, September 9: Jack’s confession
Nothing like a moment of honesty where Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) comes clean about his feelings to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).

This should cause some interesting relationship issues for the two of them, or maybe it’ll help them grow closer?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think it’s going to come down to how Phyllis reacts to being compared to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Especially a more mature Sally.
Given their friendship, Phyllis may give Jack a chance to explain himself before she goes on a tirade about not being anything like Sally, though Sally’s closer to being her daughter than Summer Newman (Hunter King).
Jack will tell her he hoped Sally would turn into her, and that could lock Phyllis up as she won’t know whether to be angry, hurt, or flattered.
This should make things interesting for them going forward, and we’re curious if realizing Phyllis has a few years on Sally will send Jack back to her or will Phyllis get stuck between him and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Plenty of possibilities here, and we’re looking forward to Phyllis’ reaction.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, September 9: Victor sizes Sally up
Nothing like meeting the boss’ father to make things awkward, but it won’t matter as Sally’s going to find herself on the receiving end of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s questioning.
He’s going to be looking out for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s benefit because no one but Victor can judge people accurately.
He’s going to want to know Sally’s intentions with Adam, and she’ll tell him it’s strictly business.
He won’t believe her and press for more, and she won’t want to cause Adam any trouble so she’ll admit there was a moment but it’s strictly professional now.
We expect this to irritate Victor a great deal and he won’t believe her this time either, and he’ll warn her about what happens when someone crosses him and she already did by fighting back against Summer Newman (Hunter King.)
We mean forcing Summer out of town.
This should be an interesting one if he really delves into Sally’s past to prove to Adam she’s after him for this reason or that, and he may end up pushing Adam away instead of bringing him closer.
