Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!
I’m your host, CP Bialois, and we’re set for what should be a fun episode with Big E beginning his WWE Championship reign, and the Bloodline facing the New Day.
We’ll be back at the 8 p.m. EST showtime to get WWE Raw Live Results up and running.
Segment 1
Big E and the the New Day came out to start the show and Big E thanked the fans that supported him and forgave those that rooted against him.
He then had an emotional moment when he thanked Jon Huber (Brody Lee, Luke Harper) but not by name since it’s WWE television.
Segment 2
The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso) w/Paul Heyman vs. The New Day (Big E, Kofi Kingston, Xavier woods)
The early portion was dominated by Jimmy taking a lot of abuse, and then Kingston as Reigns pulled him out of the ring and bounced him from the announce desk to the barricade and back again as we headed to commercial.
Segment 3
A great match ended when Reigns hit a distracted Woods with a spear for the win. However, with the ref looking on, Lashley ran out prior to that and took out everyone else without a disqualification.
Good to see the WWE continues to not follow their own rules.
After the match, Lashley hit Reigns with a spear as he celebrated, then speared Big E through the barricade.
Segment 4
Lashley promised he could beat Reigns or Big E every day even if they’re in a triple threat match. This match will be happening at some point. Maybe Survivor Series?
Segment 5
Eva Marie vs. Doudrop
Marie running out of the ring lasted longer than the match after Doudrop squashed her once again.
Segment 6
Randy Orton w/Riddle vs. AJ Styles w/Omos
This started off like a classic match as they matched holds and reversals, but then Omos tripped Orton in the ropes and the ref booted Omos from ringside. Omos clocked Riddle with a right before leaving, and Styles sent Orton to the floor and hit a crossbody forearm as we headed to commercial.
Segment 7
This was purely awesome as it was a constant back and forth without anyone having a sustained offence as they put a tremendous story together before Orton hit an RKO for the win.
Segment 8
Nia Jaz vs. Shayna Baszler
This was a short but brutal match Baszler won by submission, and she then proceeded to shatter Jax’s left arm while Jax begged for her not to do it.
The whole time, Baszler looked tormented and sorry she was doing, but seemingly felt she had to. This was a perfect match ring psychology wise.
Segment 9
Mustafa Ali and Mansoor vs. Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza
This was a fast paced and fun match Garza and Carrillo won with some amazing double team work. We love Carrillo’s newfound aggression. They’re going to be fin to watch.
Segment 10
Women’s Tag Team Championship – Natalya and Tamina (c) vs. Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley
This match was way too fast, but congratulations to Nikki and Ripley for winning after Nikki rolled up Natalya for the win.
Segment 11
Alexa’s Playground with Charlotte Flair
This was a fun insult exchange with Alexa asking Flair who she is without the title. A scuffle broke out, and Flair ripped the head off Charlie, but Alexa hit a DDT on her when she went for Lily.
Segment 12
US Championship Qualification Match – Sheamus vs. Jeff Hardy
This started off with some solid wrestling early on as they felt each other out, then Sheamus caught a dive attempt on the floor and slammed Jeff on the apron as we headed to commercial.
Segment 13
This was a good match that Jeff won despite taking a double knee to the back and rolled up Sheamus for the win to make the United States Championship match at Extreme Rules a Triple Threat.
Segment 14
Roman Reigns vs. Bobby Lashley vs. Big E
This started fast as Big E went right after Lashley, but while he was busy challenging Lashley, Reigns hit him with a drive by on the apron as we headed to commercial.
Segment 15
The match turned brutal as Reigns attempted a superplex on Lashley, but Big E ran in and hit a double powerbomb as we headed to commercial.
Segment 16
This was an amazingly awesome match that saw finishers counter finishers before Lashley wore a chair out on Big E, and Reigns hit Lashley with a spear for the win.
This was a pretty solid show with some great matches. What did you think of it? Let us know in the comments below and thank you for joining WWE Raw Live Results. We had a blast and can’t wait until next week.
