Fans watched Corey and Evelin get engaged in a hot air balloon during the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 1 finale. Although they got married secretly, they briefly broke up between season 1 and season 3. Following the split, Corey went to Peru and dated Jenny.

But when he returned to Ecuador to pack his belongings, he had to quarantine with Evelin. During the quarantine, they rekindled their relationship and he confessed to her that he had a fling with Jenny, but he finally revealed on TV that it was more serious. Evelin broke down and said she wanted a divorce.
Following Corey’s chat with Raul about his “fling”, Jenny, Evelin took to Instagram to call him a “lying coward” She also wrote, “I asked to get the divorce sign and he refused.” Corey then took to the social media platform to apologize to her and added, “I love and have always loved Evelin sincerely.”
But it doesn’t seem that Evelin is ready to forgive, because After Jenny’s appeared on The Other Way episode 7, Evelin claimed that the other woman is “usable and disposable” and that she always knew Corey was married.

Evelin recently revealed online that she is in therapy due to the online hate she receives. She also shared that she is upset because Corey chose to broadcast about Jenny on TV and not deal with it between them. Again. Corey shared a now-deleted long caption to apologize to Evelin and professed, “I am ashamed by the mistakes and harm I have made towards Evelin.” He also referred to Jenny as “the other girl” and said that she was never the one for him.
Evelin has asked Corey for a divorce, but he is not ready to give her that. All his recet social media posts are photos with her, but he posted her pictures even when he was with Jenny. Evelin also wished her husband a happy birthday on September 18 in a romantic post, in which she called him her “surfer gringo.” Meanwhile, while Corey is also following Evelin, she isn’t following him.
