‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to end the week and maybe the wedding storyline with some spoilery goodies.
From the way it looks, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi)’s wedding will finally happen, so of course there’s got to be at least one more thing to hold it up.
Things are going to get interesting as Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will confront Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) while the wedding’s about to start.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 15: In the nick of time
While Jesse may not be planning to use or bomb, or ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers just had our timing off, he’s definitely up to something and we think Nick interrupted him.
We doubt Jesse will go quietly, so there will probably be a scuffle when/if he tries to make a run for it and Nick could be hurt and maybe even have amnesia.
Amnesia or memory lapses are the cool new toy in soap operas at the moment, so it’s possible they may go there and have a year long storyline where Victoria feels bad and Nick can’t remember his relationship with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
This will open the door for Victoria and Nick to rebond, while Phyllis will be pushed away into Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)’s arms.
We admit, this idea is a little farfetched, but it does sound right up their alley.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 15: Gaines just wants to watch
There’s the possibility that the wedding goes off without a hitch and Jesse will just want to watch what happens.
In this case, he’ll either have plans made so his story will come out after the wedding to crush Ashland and Newman Enterprises, or he’ll fill Nick in on all the juicy details.
Once he fills Nick in, he’ll be happy to watch the ceremony, knowing he planted a seed that’s eventually going to sprout and do all the damage it can on those below him.
This has so many possibilities, especially if Ashland does pass away. The news could come out then, while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s praising him as being the son he always wished he had.
It’ll be a huge blow at a time when the Newman family is mourning and at their weakest, and we think a couple other vultures will pop into Genoa City and start picking at Newman Enterprises.
