Hello and welcome to Impact Wrestling Knockouts Knockdown Results!
This looks like it’s going to be an awesome show, so let’s buckle up for the ride, it’s going to be a bumpy one.
Let’s get to the action!
The show started with the Knockouts in the ring and the men around the ring as Gail Kim introduced the show in honor of the men and women that are no longer with us.
A ten bell salute followed in honor of Daffney followed by a “Thank you, Daffney” chant.

Veda Scott and Mickie James then welcomed us to the show and a brief preview of what’s coming tonight.
Knockout Knockdown Tournament Round One – Lady Frost vs. Rachael Ellering
Rachael got the best of their first two lockups as she backed Frost into the corner, and their third led to a wrist lock by Rachael, and Frost flipped over to reverse it.
Rachael gained the early advantage with a shoulder block, and a couple of nifty moves for pin attempts.
Frost turned the tide with a leg scissors take down and a dropkick, but Rachael hit a spinning uppercut off the ropes to stop her momentum.

Frost gained it back with a pair of dropkick for a pin attempt, then a pair of running spears in the corner and double knees for a pin attempt.
Rachael came close to a win after hitting a spinning leg drop off the middle rope, but Frost stayed alive with a kick out.
Rachael went to work on Frost’s back and then hit a Boss Woman’s Slam for the win.
Knockouts Knockdown Tournament Round One – Chelsea Green vs. Renee Michelle
Their initial lockup led to them jockeying for position over the ring and involved a couple gator roll type of moves.

Green was one step ahead of Renee throughout the early part of the match, but Renee turned the tide when she sidestepped Green’s charge and Green hit the post.
Renee went to work on Green’s cast covered left arm with various ingenious holds.
Green hit with a pump kick to get a breather, and rolled Renee up for a pair of pin attempts.
Renee hit a spinning heel kick for a pin, but Green grabbed the ropes to break the pin.
Green reversed a neckbreaker into an Unprettier for the win.
Knockouts Knockdown Tournament Round One – Mercedes Martinez vs. Brandi Lauren
Mercedes started it off with a trio of kicks and followed it with a slam cover for a one count.
Brandi turned it around with a brutal series of moves than floored Mercedes, and she then choked her out on the bottom ropes.
Mercedes fought back and hit the OG Drop for the win.
Knockout Knockdown Tournament Round One – Tasha Steelz vs. Jamie Senegal
Jamie started it off with a headlock and Steelz tried to get free a couple of times, but she was regularly overpowered and her counters were reversed in a clinic by both women.
Jamie hit a series of strikes and kicks, then flipped Steelz over the top rope to the apron, but then ate a kick on the apron and Steelz took over by grounding Jamie.

Steelz hit a running kick for a pin attempt, but Steelz looks totally different as she’s raised her intensity even higher while keeping a methodical pace.
Jamie turned it around with a series of blows and a reverse kick for a pin attempt, and then hit a spring back German suplex for a near pinfall.
Steelz turned it around and hit a couple of knees in the ropes then a bulldog off the corner for a near pinfall. Steelz hit a cutter for another near pinfall, and Steelz looked like she was about to explode out of frustration.
Steelz finally took care of Jamie by hitting a Crucifix Bomb for the win. This was a great first round, and Impact Wrestling Knockouts Knockdown Results can’t wait to see what the next round brings.
