Joe Gacy has an unique view on conflict resolution in professional wrestling and tonight will look to put it on full display against Mr. Style Strong Ikemen Jiro tonight. Gacy has promised to be the voice of a misunderstood generation, and the NXT Universe has been mixed but always talking about Gacy ever since he presented his daring new outlook on life. Joe Gacy Proves He’s No Slump In The Ring – Defeats Ikeman Jiro In Strong Fashion
Jiro was already in the ring, which is a hate crime given that he has one of the best theme songs in all of WWE. He was wearing one of his favorite blazers, and has built up some support over the past few weeks. Gacy finally got a televised entrance, and his eerie vibes took center stage. He’d offer a handshake to Ikeman, and it would be accepted.
Gacy told Ikeman to hit him, before trying to take his head off with a hard lariat. Ikeman was too fast, dodging out of the way and getting a hurricanrana. Another handshake led to an irish whip into the corner before he’d hit a running back elbow and a vertical suplex. His hard hitting style was showing, but Ikeman counted a body slam into a reverse DDT.
The Style Strong jacket palm strikes would take Gacy off his feet, before putting him up top for a dangerous headscissor. Ikeman Slice would miss, and Gacy nailed a huge back handspring lariat for the win before giving a huge smile.
With each passing week, the character of Joe Gacy gets more and more unnerving. Combined with his hard hitting style, he was able to prove that he shouldn’t be overlooked, but Ikeman Jiro looked good in defeat. Like other matches, this one needed a few more minutes but was good for what it was. Match Rating: 2.5/5 (** 1/2)
