Loren Brovarnik took to Instagram to show off her trip to the gym in a Reel as “Work B*tch” by Britney Spears played in the background. Loren is hustling hard using weights.

Co-star, Elizabeth Castravet wrote, “Yesssss get it momma.” Loren shared via her IG story that,”I’ve been working out at 6 a.m. and I’m just getting around to sharing that with you all. But hey, you gotta start somewhere, right?”

Loren took to her IG Story to write about hitting the gym. “I have to be completely honest with you, I genuinely hate working out,” she said. The mother of two explained to her fans that she needs some serious encouragement to be able to continue her workout.

“I really need to be pushed,” she explained. She also offered words of encouragement to mom who were looking to hit the gym, saying, “For all you mamas out there going through it, you gotta get up and you gotta do it. You’ve got this; you’ve gotta start!”
