Britney Spears has been letting her fans know just how much she has transformed her life following the aftermath of her conservatorship victory.
Britney Spears Shows Off Her New Lifestyle Which Includes Fasting And Praying
With her newfound freedom and the Christmas holidays to follow, Britney took some time out to tell her fans exactly what she was grateful for.
And one of those things included being able to have a good night sleep without the fear of something bad happening. Britney admitted that she had burned down her gym previously as a result of lighting some candles.
But rather than having any trepidation of this happening again, the singer admitted how she was able to enjoy something as simple as this.
During a post to her fans on Instagram, Britney said: “I haven’t been in here for like six months because I burnt my gym down. Unfortunately. I had two candles, and, yeah, one thing lead to another, and I burnt it down.”
With this out of the way, Britney then opened up on how she has completely changed her lifestyle and diet as a way to improve her mental health. She admitted that she has started to undertake some fasting.
Although such a thing is often seen as divisive, given that it can be viewed by some to starve the body of necessary nutrients, Britney saw it as anything other than that. She addressed how she felt spiritually better.
In another post on Instagram, Brittany posted a video of herself dancing. The post included the following words: “Fasting !!! A lot of people I’ve spoken to are against it.
“I will admit I was extremely hungry at the end, but I did experience the most amazing high I’ve ever witnessed with no food.”
This is a new Britney and one that is completely in control of herself. This can be seen in the manner in which she seems to be at peace within her life.
And this was shown when the star admitted that she began to start praying, by stating that “my prayers are pretty damn powerful.”
