‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to kick off the week with some fresh spoilery goodies that’ll harken back to old feuds and future consequences.
Genoa City doesn’t like change, and as such it looks like Billy Newman (Jason Thompson)’s growth and redemption will take its first step into unraveling.
He’s not one to go not without swinging, and it’s that edge toward Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) that’ll begin his doom.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will do her part to help, but we doubt Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be very obliging.
Though all of this, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will have growing concerns about her family’s infighting, but we all know Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) won’t listen to her so what’s her plan?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, November 8: Turning the tables
With Billy being as stupid as possible due to his hatred for Adam and Victor, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think he’s going to walk into the first stages of a trap.
He’s going to try to turn the tables on Adam by hinting about Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) and since he’s expecting Billy to do this, Adam will play it up and off.
This will prove to Billy that he has Adam and Victor where he wants them and it’ll sink the hook into him all the better.
Of course, given that Jesse was held captive, the best thing to do would be to take him to the police so he could charge everyone with kidnapping and Billy could clean up on the stories.
But that makes too much sense.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, November 8: Lily demands answers
While Billy’s being drawn in deeper, Lily’s going to try her hand by approaching Victoria and demanding answers.
By refusing to hear any of the plans, Victoria has deniability and won’t feel so guilty when she can’t give Lily what she wants or needs.
In this case, Victoria won’t offer her any help even after Lily points out Billy was only trying to make sure she knew everything before her wedding. Victoria won’t believe he didn’t want to break them up because that’s what daddy says.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, November 8: Nikki’s no win situation
Nikki is once again faced with trying to hold the Newman family together despite Victor’s best efforts to control everything with an iron hand.
She knows Victor won’t listen to her, so she’ll have to work on Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to bridge the gap with Victor. We have a strong feeling the phrase “You know your father” may be uttered a couple of times.
