Eddie Kingston is ready to put his issue with Daniel Garcia and 2point0 to bed. He’s beaten Garica in singles, but got rolled up in a ten man tag. Tonight, they will meet in the middle as they clash in six man tag team action. By the side of Kingston is his old pals Santana & Ortiz – who view tonight as a chance to get eyes on them as they rush for the AEW World Tag Team Championships.
2point0 Get Another One Over On Eddie Kingston, Chris Jericho Returns
Wasting no time, Kingston would rush the ring, sending 2point0 and their son Daniel Garcia running. He came to fight like always, and Matt Lee would bring the fight to kick this match before being nailed with a suplex. Kingston was fixated on young Garcia, and rushed him outside before a big brawl. Santana & Ortiz backed him up – but back in the ring 2point0 hit some blindside shots.
Kingston got things back in control – and tagged in Ortiz. A headlock was applied in Jeff Parker before he’d get the boot to the midsection before being tripped up and hit with a dropkick. Garica tagged in and faced off with Santana, who nailed all three amigos before a big Eddie Guerrero chant rang out.
Kingston yanked Garcia into the corner and bit him, before Garcia took a tag team attack from Santana & Ortiz. Garcia would weather the storm and take Ortiz outside for a three man attack – before 2point0 hit a tandem elbow drop. This match was spiralling before Garica grabbed a knee bar… and Kingston bit him again.
Kingston finally got legal and hit machine gun chops on Garcia before tossing Parker with an exploder suplex. Santana & Ortiz were running wild on 2point0, before Parker got a rollup with a handful of tights.
After the match, Santana was bludgeoned with the ring bell – but Chris Jericho made the save! He was taken out by 2point0, giving him a dog in this race – but Kingston seemed pissed about this. Santana & Ortiz kept the peace this time.
Chris Jericho Returns – Wardlow Takes Out His Anger On Colin Delaney
After the match, Santana was bludgeoned with the ring bell – but Chris Jericho made the save! He was taken out by 2point0, giving him a dog in this race – but Kingston seemed pissed about this. Santana & Ortiz kept the peace this time.
After that confrontation, we’d check up on MJF & Wardlow. MJF wants him to go after the AEW World Championship – because his contract states that when he wins it, it goes right around the waist of MJF instead.
Wardlow looked like he wanted to crush the skull of MJF upon hearing this. Also, MJF called out Sting for being an untrained outlaw, and claimed last week’s toss to the outside wouldn’t have happened in a more civilized company.
He’d have a chance to take out his anger and keep his 16 match win streak alive. Colin Delaney would get the chance to fight him tonight, but took a lariat and several powerbombs and it was over. 17 wins in a row for Wardlow.
Will Wardlow snap at MJF soon? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
