Prince Andrew’s desire to free himself from the sexual assault allegations that he is facing have taken a huge blow following the guilty verdict of Ghislaine Maxwell.
Royal Expert Claims Ghislaine Maxwell’s Guilty Verdict Is Bad News For Prince Andrew-‘He’s A Busted Flush’
Ghislaine Maxwell, for her part, was found guilty of being a part of the wider sex trafficking scandal in relation to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. And given that the latter is no longer alive, there was very much the need for somebody to be held to account.
Although Ghislaine’s lawyers are attempting to make an appeal, the very fact of the matter is that things are not looking good for Prince Andrew for the following reasons.
First of all, Prince Andrew has been associated with Epstein and Ghislaine. Therefore, it is very difficult to see how Prince Andrew cannot be held liable when she has been done so, unless there is tangible evidence to prove otherwise.
Secondly, regardless of whether or not he is found guilty, it is true to say that Prince Andrew’s reputation has been damaged.
One Royal expert had this to say: “He’s a busted flush. Unfortunately for Andrew, it’s no longer so much about evidence and proof, or what if anything went on with Virginia Giuffre — it’s all about public perception.”
And this sense of ostracization was only compounded by lawyer Lisa Bloom. The lawyer is well aware of the Epstein scandal especially since she has represented many women who have been victims of it.
And according to her, it is not going to be easy for Andrew simply because there is no genuine answer to give when asked why he was pictured with Epstein, other than he may have known what was going on, even if he did not participate in any wrongdoing.
Lisa following comments confirmed as much: “I think anyone who was associated with Jeffrey Epstein, who either participated in sexual abuse, or helped him by sending girls to him, trafficking, etc, should be very concerned today about this verdict.”
Time will tell ultimately what happens, but given what we have seen so far, Prince Andrew will have to do a lot of convincing to persuade everybody that he is totally innocent of the crimes that are being directed against him.
