Hello and welcome to Impact Wrestling Live Results!

Tonight marks the usual end of the year highlights as we’ll have part one of their Best of 2021 and Year End Awards.

Plus, we’re getting a little Throwback Throwdown II bonus fun as Pelvis Wesley faces DJ 2 Large to prove who is IPWF’s top musical talent on Before The Impact. Nothing like another trip back to 1984.

We’ll be back at the 8 p.m. EST show time to kick off Impact Wrestling Live Results with plenty of virtual popcorn to go around.

Segment 1

Before The Impact (BTI) – Pelvis Wesley w/Colonel Corn vs. DJ 2 Large

This was a fun one as DJ channeled Hulk Hogan but missed the leg drop. He eventually beat Wesley with a clothesline for the win.

Segment 2

Best of 2021

They covered the Good Brothers and Kenny Omega vs. Rich Swann, Chris Sabin, and Moose at Hard to Kill.

They shifted gears to all the great added talent over the last years from Matt Cardona to Jonah.

Segment 3

Our next match flashback was the Good Brothers versus FinJuice at Rebellion. This was an awesome match and we’re sensing a trend and possible winner for tag team of the year.

We weren’t disappointed as the Good Brothers won Tag Team of the year as voted on by the fans.

Segment 4

We relived Rich Swann losing the Impact World Championship to Kenny Omega at Rebellion.

Mickie James defeated Deonna Purrazzo for the Knockouts Championship at Bound For Glory won the Knockouts Match of the Year.

Segment 5

We were treated to a flashback to the contract signing last week between Moose, Matt Cardona, and W. Morrissey for the Impact World Championship.

We then switched back to Rebellion where TJP faced Ace Austin and Josh Alexander in a Triple Threat match where Alexander won the X-Division Championship.

Next up was Jordynne Grace‘s win of the Digital Media Championship at Bound For Glory.

Segment 6

Deonna Purrazzo was announced as they Knockout of the Year. So richly deserved. We can’t wait to see what 2022 has in store fur Purrazzo.

We closed the show off with a flashback to a Match of the Year option for next week from Bound For Glory.

In a career defining moment, Josh Alexander defeated Christian Cage to win the Impact World Championship, only to lose it minutes later to Moose.

Can’t wait to see if this will hold up to win next week. What do you think of tonight’s awards? Let us know in the comments below and thank you for joining Impact Wrestling Live Results.

We had an awesome time like always, and can’t wait for next week.

See you then!
