Impact Wrestling Results returned as Jonah explained being the top dog goes back to when his dad was in prison and he took a shot to the back of the head but didn’t squeal.

He earned the top dog’s respect and when he hit Josh Alexander, Alexander got back up so he’s going to beat him until he learns to respect him.

    John Skyler vs. Trey Miguel

They started off fast with Trey putting on a clinic on reversals and Skyler holding his own.

Trey knocked Skyler to the floor and hit a suicide dive, and Skylar hit a spear through the ropes for a quick pin attempt.

Impressive win from @TheTreyMiguel but @SteveMaclin ruined the moment!

    — TNA Wrestling (@ThisIsTNA) December 17, 2021

Trey fought back, but Skyler caught him with a belly to belly suplex for another quick pin attempt. Trey hit a series of kicks and a meteora from the top rope for the win.

After the match, Steve Macklin attacked Trey from behind on the ramp and then nailed Trey with the X-Division Championship.

He then dragged Trey backstage and it cut to Trey being tied to a rack while blindfolded and gagged.

Macklin told him it doesn’t matter if D’Amore tells him no, and then added he thought he had more friends but he looks like he’s the only one.

Chris Bey w/Hikuleo vs. The Laredo Kid

Bey tried to slow it down initially with a claim Laredo pulled his hair, but Laredo quickly increased the pace with a series of counters and reversals that sent Bey back to the drawing board.

Bey gained the edge with a kick and after throwing Laredo into the turnbuckle. Laredo fought back with a couple of kicks and a crossbody and head scissors that sent Bey to the floor.

Bey took control on the floor thanks to Hikuleo screening him for a shot on Laredo, and he continued using the security railing and the ring apron to wear Laredo down.

Back in the rind, Laredo fought ack with some knees, but Bey took him down with a standing dropkick for a near pinfall.

Laredo headed to the top rope, but Hikuleo pushed him off while the ref checked on Bey. Fighting back, Laredo hit a Mishinoku Driver and two moonsaults off the top rope for a near pinfall.

Bey had the advantage, but he hesitated and Laredo hit a Mishinofu Driver off the top rope for a near pinfall.

Laredo countered an Art of Finesse into a flipping DDT, then hit a somersault on Hikuleo from the top rope. Bey caught Laredo coming off the top rope with a cutter for the win.

This was easily the match of the night so far. This was awesome.

Tenille Dashwood w/Kaleb with a K and Madison Rayne vs. Jessica McKay w/Cassie Lee

The IInspiration came out in Harlem Heat inspired tights for their match. Pretty cool move.

Tenille and McKay started the match off jawing back and forth, then they caught each other’s kick, but Tenille nailed her with a right while they shared a moment.

McKay turned the match around after Tenille had the early advantage, and Tenille got momentum back after she hit a neckbreaker in the ropes for a near pinfall.

Tenille locked in a full nelson, but McKay managed to power to her feet and back Tenille into a corner to break the hold.

McKay hit a bog boot off the ropes for the pin but Kaleb pulled the ref out to the floor and a after taking everyone out, McKay climbed into the ring but Kaleb tripped her.

Tenille hit her Spotlight Kick for the win.

Hard To Kill Contract Signing – Moose makes a point

After Scott D’Amore set the stage, W. Morrissey wasted no time as he came out and took his seat, followed by Matt Cardona with Chelsea Green as his side. Moose came out last, as would be expected as the champion.

Moose took his seat next to Morrissey and the two of them exchanged a look.

“I didn’t come here to here to play games, I didn’t come here to make friends, I came to here to become IMPACT World Champion!” @TheCaZXL is outta here! #IMPACTonAXSTV pic.twitter.com/3RVSRW0Ra5

    — TNA Wrestling (@ThisIsTNA) December 17, 2021

Morrissey started it off by saying they know this is all about jockeying and mind games. He’s not there to play games or make friends but to become the Impact World Champion and he signed and dropped it in front of D’Amore and left the ring.

Cardona said Morrissey’s not wrong, and accused Moose of trying to kill his passion. He pointed out there’s no one in history that’s been counted out more than him, and he’s hard to kill and his passion is impossible to kill.

    So he signed and waited.

Moose asked Cardona if he really wants to do this and step in the ring with him, and Cardona told him he’s just scared he’s going to win.

Moose signed and told Cardona has a tough challenge ahead of him, the told Chelsea how he admires her for choosing to wake up each morning with someone that’s been mediocre his entire career.

He asked what happens when he crushed Cardona’s dreams and proves he’ll always be Mid-Card-Dona, and if she’ll leave like “the wh—” she is.

    Chelsea for the save

Cardona went after Moose, but Moose overpowered him and chokeslammed him through the table.

D’Amore gave Moose an earful, so he paused halfway up the ramp and went back into the ring to pound on Cardona some more, then put a chair around his neck but Chelsea grabbed the chair he was going to use.

    .@ImChelseaGreen just got laid out by @TheMattCardona!@TheMooseNation @TheCaZXL #IMPACTonAXSTV pic.twitter.com/Y8PqULXgkr

    — TNA Wrestling (@ThisIsTNA) December 17, 2021

Cardona came to and Moose ducked as Cardona hit Chelsea on the head with a steel chair. While Chelsea got an arm up, it was still a well timed shot.

Things are escalating nicely for Hard to Kill and Impact Wrestling Results loves it. What do you think about the contract signing?
