During Ring of Honor’s last PPV – Final Battle: End of An Era, there was a big shock for fans. Former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman would appear to help EC3 raise some hell, now going by ‘The Titan’ Adam Scherr. Alongside the former Wesley Blake, they seem to form a faction on the indies – which could spell danger for all promotions. However, they have added another major name from recent WWE releases to their roster.
Killer Kross Is Now Looking To Control His Narrative
This is none other than two time WWE NXT Champion Karrion Kross, who has now gone back to the name of Killer Kross. Both EC3 & Scherr would share pictures of themselves with Kross, who would also retweet the latest social media promo from the group. Since then, a graphic of the three of them has been produced and shared around – making things official.
This is now one of the deadliest factions in wrestling today, as Kross, EC3 & Scherr are all massive. Even Wesley Blake is no slouch in the ring, but will likely serve as their fall guy for times when a match needs to be lost. Factions like these being loose on the indies is what professional wrestling needs, as having a group of major names able to show up anywhere adds a level of excitement to every show.
Will They Show Up In Major Promotions?
Right now, this Control Your Narrative faction seems like it will mainly show up on the indies, with their showing in ROH likely to not lead to anything until they return in April 2022. Impact Wrestling could see this group show up once Kross is out of his non-compete clause, which ends in early February.
There was bad blood between Kross & Impact when he left the company, but time tends to mend wounds like this. AEW could be a future destination, but a group of this scale would be unlikely to show up there unless all the members were signed. They would not give heavy TV time to an unsigned faction, but these four would be nice fits for the AEW roster.
