Jennifer Shah broke down on the recent episode of ‘The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City’ after informing her husband Sharrieff Shah that she was innocent from the telemarketing fraud charges being directed against her.

Jennifer’s cause has not been helped by the fact that her assistant Stuart Smith has pleaded guilty to the charges. Not only that, but her recent motion to dismiss the case on the grounds that she would not be given a fair trial was also rejected.
Naturally, that only went on to increase the stress that she is currently under given that the trial is set to go ahead in March of next year. In a heartfelt conversation with her husband, Jennifer let him know in no uncertain terms that she was not guilty.
She said: “I’m at the lowest point of my life. That I have told you from day one, I am innocent. I did not do any of those things, and when we got married, for better or for worse …And this is for worse right now.”
One of the reasons why Jennifer got so emotional was because she felt that Sharrieff’s family did not offer a helping hand. After all, it is no secret that her legal costs are going to be exorbitant.
In addition, the fact that her future on the show is uncertain, this suggests that her income has taken a hit. Although Sharrieff did try to make Jennifer calm down and understood her concerns, it was not enough for Jennifer to feel any reassurance.
She added: “We’ve helped your family for years, for years. I haven’t heard from anybody.” This begs the question, how long can Jennifer’s relationship last if she continues to suffer like this?
After all, if she feels that she is not getting adequate support, then the relationship can no longer be tenable. This would be the time where it would make sense for everybody to rally around Jennifer.
That is why, Sharrieff let Jennifer know that he is there for her. He replied: “My faith will not falter, and I will not leave you. Period.”
