Ex-fiancée and mother of Rob Kardashian‘s daughter, Blac Chyna, has subpoenaed members of the Kardashian-Jenner family. She did this as one of her defense strategies against Rob Kardashian in the allegations of battery and assault against her.
Rob And Blac Chyna’s Tumultuous Relationship
The legal issues between Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, started in 2017, following their split up. Chyna had sued Rob for cyberbullying since he had posted videos just to claim that Chyna was cheating on him.

Rob also sued Chyna stating that she committed assault against him, he had expressed under oath that, “while he was in the living room at the Hidden Hills Home-the apartment he shared with Chyna that belonged to Kylie Jenner– that Chyna came up behind him with an iPhone charger and wrapped it around his neck tightly and started choking him.
He was fortunate enough to pull the cable off. He went to the Master bedroom to get away from her and locked the door.” He also mentioned that Chyna has threatened him with His own gun.
Rob had also filed for custody of their daughter-Dream when he stated that Chyna did things like smoke weed, get drunk, and have friends over and other things that weren’t safe for Dream. This was denied as the situation wasn’t seen as an emergency.
Rob’s Family Wants Baby Mama’s Subpoena Squashed
February 2022 has been stated for the trial against Blac Chyna. The Kardashian/Jenner family then asked for Chyna’s subpoena to be squashed. The attorneys for the Kardashian/Jenners stated that each one of them had been “examined for hours on the very same topics in the pending related action.
Therefore, Chyna has no bases for wanting to depose those non-parties again on the same issues other than to harass and burden the Kardashians/Jenners and generate headlines.
“The Kardashians/Jenners are extremely busy with business and professional commitments scheduled months in advance and it would be excessively disruptive and burdensome to force their additional depositions to take place on such notice.” The attorneys for the Kardashians/Jenners argue.
