‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out in style and with some spoilery goodies.
After Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)’s triumph over Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) yesterday, we’re set for a character building episode that should be pretty entertaining.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday January 7: Traci shows the way
We think Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will be uber proud of Billy for being the bigger person and walking away to his feud with Adam, and she’s going to encourage him to continue his new path.
Since she’s the voice of reason and wisdom in the family, it only stands to reason that she’d be there to help bridge the gap between Billy and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Jack loves him, but he’s always tried to steer Billy in the direction he sees fit. He also wasn’t happy about Billy’s plan for Adam, but we think he’ll be less proud and more “about time” when he hears what happened.
So, Traci will be the mediator between the two so they can patch things up and not lecture of insult each other into another argument.
We’re going full disclosure here in saying ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers thinks this will be our favorite scene. We love watching families come together and who better to make it happen than Traci?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday January 7: Counseling Phyllis
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is at an interesting point in her life and she maybe a little uncertain what to do, where to go, or she simply needs to unload all of her frustration onto someone.
Enter Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) as she’ll be Phyllis’ counsel as she tries to figure things out.
Amanda’s awesome in so many ways, and we love how she’s willing to be friends with anyone that doesn’t wrong her and she’s always there for them.
This will be another great moment as she offers Phyllis a shoulder and helps her talk through all of her frustration. It’s good that Phyllis has someone besides Jack to always talk to, and we think it’s done wonders for her as she’s continued to grow.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday January 7: Always a first
It’s not going to take Elena Dawkins (Brytni Sarpy) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) long to get caught up in their first domestic argument, and we’re willing to bet it’ll be over the decorations or furnishings.
Nate may be open to a lot of things, but he’s going to have an attachment to a random decoration, table, or even wallpaper when Elena wants to add some of herself to his place.
This will be a friendly dispute as they’ll probably dive into why Nate feels so strongly about something and it’ll end with them coming to a compromise of sorts.
Nothing like getting to know each other.
