‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out with some fun spoilery goodies and we’re not going to forget our popcorn.
Things are going to get really ramped up in this one as EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel)’s trial hits full stride, and it’s going to get pretty intense.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday’ January 14: Chad can’t tell the truth
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) was all set to come clean about EJ being set up, but after Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller) made her stance toward EJ known and he didn’t have a chance to explain himself, we expect him to lie like a rug.

He’ll want to be honest, but he’ll be afraid it’ll look like he’s giving into DiMera pride and loyalty like she accused him of.
Looks like spineless Chad is back, and if he was Pinocchio, they wouldn’t have to worry about fuel for the fireplace for a few months after his testimony.
Of course, when the truth comes out ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers are looking forward to how he’s going to try to get out of that.
And this isn’t the best part of the episode.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday’ January 14: Lucas returns
To make things even more fun, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will return to testify. It shows he’s got some major guts by returning, and he’s going to be the final nail in the proverbial coffin for EJ, and it won’t be his testimony.
Lucas will piss EJ off so much EJ will ignore his lawyer’s advice and pleas and angrily confront Lucas and threaten to kill him.
In any other world, the judge would end it there and EJ would be remanded for sentencing or arrested for promising to kill someone.
In Salem, we’re confident something weird will happen or EJ paid off the judge and he’ll manage to get off on some mysterious technicality.
Of course, there’s also the possibility that EJ will be found guilty until someone hears Chad and Lucas arguing in public, since that’s how these things unravel in Salem.
