‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re set to get things rolling with some weekly spoilery goodies and they’re looking extra juicy.
It’s not every day we see a member of Salem taken to court for crimes they committed, so we’re getting a trial against EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) for something he didn’t do.
Sounds like typical Salem to us.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: EJ needs a lawyer
With EJ facing prison, it’s good to see he’s smart enough not to be his own lawyer as he’ll turn to Belle Black (Martha Madison) for that.
This will be an interesting sell as she is Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney)’s sister and she’s not a fan of EJ. How he’ll convince her he’s being framed is anyone’s guess, but we’re looking forward to this.
Another point of interest is Sami’s reaction when/if she finds out that Belle represented him. She’ll feel it’s a betrayal and we all know how Sami handles those.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: It begins
First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers love the weekly video spoofing “The People’s Court” and we’re looking forward to how this plays out.
It looks like everyone will be there in one way or another with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) wanting to testify as well as Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) returning to testify.
Since those two are the lynchpin of the plot against EJ, it’d make sense they’ll want to put the final nails in his legal coffin, so to speak.
We expect them to give an “honest and heartfelt” testimony that’ll provide plenty of moments where EJ will look like an aneurism is about to explode, and it’ll lead to what could be the worst thing possible for EJ.
‘Days of our Lives’ Spoilers: EJ threatens Lucas
EJ’s going to snap and threaten to kill Lucas during Lucas’ testimony.
It’s understandable for EJ to become so frustrated he’d want to lash out, but to actually threaten to kill someone in a court of law goes a long way against him appearing as a well-balanced individual.
While we know the truth will come out at some point, likely when Chad or Lucas are chatting, this will sink EJ for the foreseeable future and he’ll get to break in a prison jumper.
Or Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) could break him out and work to prove his innocence, but that’s a little ways off yet.
