‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to get through hump day with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
It looks like we’re downshifting into a character development episode after the recent dust up caused by the Newmans, and it’s a little of circling back while adding new angles so it should be interesting.

If there’s a phrase that does not describe Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway)’s friendship it’s mutual understanding.

They’ve come to a sort of agreement, but it was under threat of going to court and possibly losing, so Abby conceded and now they’re going to try to find some common ground where they can better lay out the groundwork.
It’s safe to say Abby’s not going to want any more last second surprises by Devon wanting their baby that night, so they’ll try to find some common ground.
On thing going in Devon’s favor is Abby admitted this is what’s best for her family at the moment, but her insecurities are raging war inside her, so we expect this to be a long process overall.
We’re getting ready to hunker down for at least a few months of their antics in one form or another.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, February 2: Phyllis still plans on leaving
So far, no one’s been able to talk Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) out of leaving Genoa City, so she’s going to follow through with her trip to Italy to test the waters.
There is one thing that will sway her and that’s if Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) tells he her wants to stay.
Since he’s intent on not doing that, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think he’ll find an excuse to go with her under the guise of seeing their kids again.
If he doesn’t then there’s a chance she’ll meet someone new and we’ll get a new dynamic in Genoa City. We don’t see that happening as they’ve been teasing Jack and Phyllis getting back together for a while now.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, February 2: Love struck
It looks like Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) is going to come clean and confess to Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) that Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) is still in love with her.
Honestly, we didn’t think Tessa would throw Noah under the bus as leaving his drunken comment be and move on would’ve been the right thing, but the show needs more drama so she’ll sing like a canary.
This will immediately put Mariah on the defensive, well, offensive is more likely, when she sees him next time and we’re sure it’ll help the family bond strengthen.
It’s so nice Noah came back brokenhearted and is on the rebound, isn’t it?
